JohnchaSmooth check in. Staff was helpful when I have questions about my booking and my room. Gave me options and solved my doubts. The room was upgraded and very spacious. Clean and nice services. Always good for a short stay in Silks.
I like their rooms design and the materials use also. Especially the toilet in bathroom. Will stay again

Chang Yoke LengWe enjoyed our stay and were honoured to be invited by the hotel to celebrate the New Year Eve Party with a complimentary dinner at the Wok Restaurant on Level 2 and a count down and welcome 2026 party with free flow drinks at the Rooftop Bar. We watched the fireworks at the stroke of midnight from the Bar with great music, beautiful view and lovely guests! It was a fantastic end to 2025 and the memories will stay in us forever! Thank you Hotel Indigo Kaoshiung for the wonderful and memorable stay. Everything from the hotel staff to the room amenities were top notch! We will certainly recommend your hotel and will definitely stay here when we visit Kaoshiung again.

Xige1993Hotel Dua embodies a refined and understated design aesthetic, making it a rare find in Kaohsiung as a boutique hotel that masterfully blends quality with individuality. The spatial design is rooted in a modern Oriental style, featuring carefully selected materials and a sophisticated control of lighting and color – creating a sense of design without being ostentatious. The guest rooms are quiet and comfortable, with excellent soundproofing, and the bedding and bathroom experience are of a high standard, clearly demonstrating an attention to detail. The service team is professional yet unobtrusive; communication is natural and efficient, making guests feel respected without being bothered. The location is convenient, yet the overall atmosphere successfully maintains a distance from the city's hustle and bustle. All in all, Hotel Dua is perfectly suited for travelers who value a balance of quality, aesthetics, and the overall living experience; it's the kind of hotel you'd happily return to after your first stay.

Anonymous UserI was very satisfied with this hotel. Its location near Kaohsiung's bustling Formosa Boulevard MRT station is excellent, with plenty of shops and businesses nearby, plus a large grocery store just across the street. The hotel's service truly felt five-star. While there isn't a grand lobby, the practical amenities, like the outdoor swimming pool, were fantastic. The breakfast was also great, and they even had ice cream!

Lim Kin ChunStayed at Z Zhongshan Kaohsiung recently and had a very good experience overall. The hotel location is very convenient, just a short walking distance to the train station and easy to travel around Kaohsiung.
The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I especially liked the bathroom design with separate dry and wet areas. The bathtub was very clean as well, which made it nice for a relaxing soak after a long day outside. The shower gel and shampoo provided were good quality and comfortable to use. The bed was soft and comfortable, allowing for a good rest during the stay.
One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast buffet. There was a wide variety of selections available, and the menu changed every day, so it did not feel repetitive even after staying for a few days. The restaurant also has a very nice city view of Kaohsiung, making the breakfast experience more enjoyable in the morning.
Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay. Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kaohsiung.

I asked about a late checkout, and they told me I’d have to pay MORE than my original room rate just to stay 4 hrs longer… like what?? 😅 My flight was in the evening, so I only asked until 1 PM and was totally willing to pay a reasonable extra fee. But the price they quoted was way too wild, so I just said nvm. Not sure if it’s bc I’m a foreigner or just their hotel policy, but FYI for anyone planning to stay here.
Basic amenities like a toothbrush and toothpaste weren’t provided unless you asked, which was kinda a hassle tbh. Taxis are pretty easy to get, but the hotel is a bit far from the main areas, so transportation isn’t super convenient and costs can add up. Most of the staff don’t really speak English, so you’ll prob need a translator app. As for friendliness… hmm idk lol. It’s also not very easy to get to a nearby convenience store. Price-wise it’s ok for what it is, but I’d have to think twice about staying here again.

TifuMy previous excellent experience at the Grand Hotel Taipei led me to choose the Grand Hotel Kaohsiung this time. Although the Grand Hotel Kaohsiung is a bit dated, the rooms are spacious and very clean, and the surrounding environment is very peaceful. It also boasts a terrace with a wonderful view, and the hotel staff are very professional.

I told the landlord I would check in at 3 PM, but they hadn't provided the password by then, so I had to call to ask for it myself. Luckily, the landlord answered the phone quickly. There's no elevator, so climbing the stairs can be tiring if you're staying on a higher floor. The room was quite clean, and it's very close to the Liuhe Night Market, only a 5-10 minute walk away. The shower water was from a touchless electric water heater; it got cold towards the end of the shower. It would be better if there was a constant temperature; the water temperature kept fluctuating.

Although the price has increased by 20% during the Easter long holiday, the price is mid-to-high, and it is a good choice in the area, suitable for the whole family to relax. On the first night, the hotel was afraid that we would not have dinner when we went out, so they unexpectedly provided us with a hot meal. Although breakfast was provided, it was not delicious and was very simple. The home-style coffee machine was also very slow and there were too many people. After queuing up, I had to go out to find something to eat for the children at the end. There were small insects in the quilt of the extra bed, so I had to clean it myself. In addition, there are many animals and insects in the mountains. The Villa has a nice swimming pool, so you can first soak in the beautiful mountain scenery. There are alternating hot and cold hot springs. It is also very close to the cherry blossom forest. In addition, it is also close to places around the city. There are 7-11 and restaurants. You can do some activities before breakfast and in the afternoon. The scenery outside the pool is beautiful. Although the price is a bit expensive, it is still Very good experience.
