"Generally speaking, everything is quite good - I stay here regularly, once every 1-2 months. But unfortunately, last months the hotel is becoming less of what it used to be. They deteriorated breakfast options, the room had some small technical issues with door stopper. So the facility is low-key becoming poorer, but the bar is still quite high."

Отличный отель в центре Минска: - очень просторные номера, под старину - чисто, тихо - все удобства работают без нареканий - приветливый персонал - хороший завтрак - есть парковка во внутреннем дворе, и несколько карманов перед отелем Очень удобно для автопутешественников. До Галлереи ок 10 минут пешком, рядом парк.

The property is well located (within walking distance of shops, restaurants and attractions) and does its job, but looks tired and in need of renovation. Reasonably quiet. The room looked slightly gloomy, with dark decor and stained carpeting that had seen better days. Inconveniently located power sockets: at floor level both near the desk and near the head of the bed behind the curtains. A/C was old and difficult to adjust. Amenities included mini-fridge and electric kettle. Reasonably comfortable bed and pillows. Comforter only without top sheet (not ideal in summer). Multiple mismatched lamps that had to be turned off one by one. Bathroom with everything in working order. Low water pressure in the shower (on the 6th floor). Poor wifi (room was at the end of the hallway). Free parking for guests, although getting in and out is a little complicated. Friendly staff; most of them speak English.

This was the first hotel I stayed at upon arriving in Belarus, and the environment was excellent. It was the only hotel during my entire stay in Belarus where the breakfast actually suited a Chinese palate. The room itself was very clean and cozy, leaving me with a wonderful impression. I didn't take any photos of the room, but I did manage to grab a few screenshots from a video call with my family. In the video, I was saying, 'This hotel is so clean, and the room smells lovely! The bathroom is incredibly clean too, and it also smells fantastic!'

Good hotel, clean, and housekeeping was excellent. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, so I can't comment on that. The location is pretty good; there's a river nearby for walks, and it's about a 20-25 minute walk to the city center. Behind the hotel, there's a street with cafes and bars. It's also about a 5-minute walk to the Komunarka brand store (factory outlet). We asked for a quieter room and got one facing the inner courtyard, which was very quiet, great for sleeping. The soundproofing isn't the best though; you can definitely hear doors slamming in neighboring rooms and so on. The service was fast and efficient. We asked for the air conditioning to be adjusted and the water cooler on our floor to be refilled, and both were taken care of immediately.

This hotel is a mixed bag. On one hand, it boasts a great location in the heart of Minsk, friendly staff, and a decent business room on the 4th floor. However, the peace and comfort promised by the hotel turned out to be an illusion: there's a strip club on the 5th floor, which is quite peculiar for a hotel. But the biggest surprise came at night: around 2 AM, I woke up to loud music and karaoke on the 1st floor. Sleeping was impossible; I definitely wouldn't recommend it for noise-sensitive people staying over the weekend. I went to the front desk to complain, and it seemed like such complaints weren't new to them. I also went up to the 5th floor, and they told me the club operates until 6:00 AM. The soundproofing here is nonexistent, so behind the pretty facade and polite smiles lies a lively but very noisy establishment. This hotel is clearly not for those who value a peaceful night's rest. 🤷🏻‍♀️

The hotel is located within walking distance from the city center. The Soviet interiors of the hotel are maintained in a well-kept, high-quality condition. The bed is comfortable, the linen is of high quality, it is good to sleep. There are good dishes at breakfast, but in general the breakfasts are quite meager. A hotel employee who comes out into the hall during breakfast and asks visitors what food to bring to whom is very strange. The coffee is bad, but this is probably the only minus of the hotel. In general, everything is quite interesting and it is comfortable to stay at the hotel.

Business travel, the overall is not bad, the first night feels OK. There is a stadium nearby. Quiet and good. Breakfast is not a disadvantage. I will consider staying again next time.

Красивое место, с парком и озером. На выезде, но до центра Минска 20 минут на машине. Уютные чистые номера. Не шумно) В стоимость входит посещение аквапарка по отдельной очереди и безлимитно, был дождь и это оказалось очень кстати) В аквапарке можно отдыхать как с детьми, так и взрослой компанией, есть аква-бар) Возможно приедем еще раз сюда же, но уже с детьми)
