"I’m really fall in love with here is. At night so many people are getting together in hotels reception. We were playing some games and sometimes sing a song. IMO I there is a deficiency in cleaning. Faster cleaning efforts can be made."

The rates were extremely attractive, especially as it included breakfast, which was above average in standard. Public transport links are close by and getting to the sights is not a problem. "The metro station is less than a 5-minute walk away. The location is excellent, with Prague Old Town just a 20-minute stroll. The hotel itself is very modern. The elevators are quite high-tech; instead of traditional buttons, you select your floor on a panel and then swipe your room key for access, much like in a modern office building."

"Ridiculous staff refused to return stored luggage I stayed at this hotel for two nights. The room, facilities, and the staff who checked us in on the first day and greeted us at breakfast were nice. When I checked out on Friday, Sep 13, a staff member even offered to store our luggage before we asked. Everything was satisfactory up until this point. Later that afternoon, we returned to the hotel and asked a middle-aged male staff member at the front desk to retrieve our luggage. He said we could not get our luggage until 4 pm, pointing to my storage receipt, which had a number 4 on it. I have never heard of such a ridiculous rule or any reason why a hotel would refuse to return stored belongings to their owners at any time of day. It just didn’t make any sense. We repeated our simple request, and my friend added that it was an emergency—we already had a taxi waiting outside (parking was difficult, and it was raining heavily), and we didn’t have much time to get to the train station to catch our FlixBus at 3 pm. Still, the male staff member refused again, with a stern expression, repeating the same nonsensical reason. Running out of time and patience, my friend yelled, “Are you kidding me?” At that point, the staff member finally admitted he was joking and took us to the storage room to retrieve our luggage. We were in such a hurry that I didn’t have the time or presence of mind to confront him further. If the hotel values feedback, I hope this male staff member is made aware that this “joke” was not appreciated and that his behavior was highly disrespectful of our time. Our sense of urgency was clear—if he knowingly decided to “tease” us in that moment, it shows a completely unacceptable level of disrespect. I don’t intend to discourage people from booking this hotel, and it’s unfortunate, as all the other staff we encountered and everything else about the hotel were otherwise excellent. This one staff member, however, turned what could have been a perfect experience into an unpleasant one."

"Because I forgot to book a day when I made my itinerary, I booked one night in the Phoenix and two nights at other hotels during my Prague trip. For the same price, the Phoenix's ambiance, service, and breakfast variety were superior to the other hotels. They even provided toothpaste, slippers, and other items upon request at the front desk. I've stayed at five or six hotels, all with white fare. The Phoenix's bread selection and variety (like baked potatoes with ham and grilled eggplant) were a bit more varied than the others. We booked a comfortable room with a large balcony. Prague was still a bit cold in early June, so we didn't use the several lounge chairs outside. The location is less than a 10-minute walk from the Museum Station, where you can take the AC subway. The Astronomical Clock is less than a 20-minute walk away, making it very convenient."

"My boyfriend and I stayed at Panorama for a weekend. Hotel looks lovely, however we had a bit of a issue with our booking. The hotel has a swimming pool and spa. When I made the reservation it wasn’t clear that there was an addition charge to use the swimming pool. So when we went to use the swimming pool we’ve been advised that we needed to pay. We pointed this out to the manager, who has been really helpful. They saw the it wasn’t very clear that there was an addition charge for the use of the Spa so they agreed to give us a complementary day. Other than that we didn’t have any issues. Hotel looks nice and it’s not too far effrontery amenities."
