- for some reason the bed was made up for only 1 person when we clearly indicated two people in the booking. There was only one mug & glass too.
- only one complimentary water bottle
- coffee pods weren’t replaced unless asked
- housekeeping needs to be requested daily too
- while the hotel is 15mins away from main Zurich station, the area itself isn’t very pedestrian friendly. Little tricky to cross the roads with all the luggages and walk down to the hotel.
Overall, it was a good stay regardless

It's very close to the airport. In Switzerland, the price is comparable to that of a fast hotel. There is a shuttle bus to the airport for 8 francs. Overall, it's okay.

The hotel is close to the airport and offers a convenient shuttle service. Noise of planes is loud and rooms are dated. The shower handle in our bathroom was cracked and it cut my finger while I was holding it. For the premium price I paid, I expect everything to be kept in good order.

We stayed in a King Room Top Floor. The room itself is big there is sufficient walking space, and it is cozy and spacious enough for 1 king bed with a huge window to have a view.
In addition to that, it also have a built in wardrobe with a long side table which was really good to put all your travel items, documents and anything else.
In terms of room facilities, it features a separate bathroom and toilet cubicle with Crabtree’s shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and hand wash. They also have Hair dryer and a mini bar fridge are also provided.
Wifi is fast and reliable and the room comes with USB sockets.
Overall I am satisfied with the stay at this hotel. Thank you.

The room is very big, and the hotel upgraded the lake view room for free! The scenery is super good! You can see the snow-capped mountains above the lake, but the weather is bad and you can't see the sunrise and sunset. The food in the hotel restaurant is also very delicious, but the price is a bit expensive.

Everything is fine except limited food/restaurant available. Another complaint is no availability of shuttle bus to the airport, which is very important in our booking consideration. Also there are two Hyatt hotels next each other and confused us. Rental/Taxi are not accessible to Hyatt Place directly, need to walk minutes to the next Hyatt Regency to access, which is not that convenience when you have heavy luggage through an uneven path.

YYee11Hotel Glockenhof Zurich offers Switzerland charm and modern comfort, making it one of the top choice for leisure and business trip on visiting Zurich. The attentive staffs greeted with warm hospitality, and are always willing to assist with any requests.
The hotel's elegant decorated rooms provide a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring the city.
This hotel places emphasis on healthy sleep, hence they have worked with a Swiss family company, Roviva for the bedding (there’s a small card information on the benefits of roviva bed provided). The room also comes with a pair of arm chairs and coffee table and amenities, including free Wi-Fi, Nespresso machine and movable flat screen TV. Lastly they have also provided an umbrella and grocery tote bag in case you need it which was very thoughtful on guests needs.
The breakfast buffet comes after booking the room (optional), offering a wide selection of fresh fruits and delicious hams, bread and yogurt options to start the day.
All in all, my family and I had an enjoyable stay at this hotel.

Room size and temperature are good. Comfortable bed.

We went out for city tour in the morning and when we come back to the room in the afternoon, our room is like being robbed, 3 out of 4 suitcases are missing, the bathroom is only half way clean, balcony door left open, most clothes hanging in the wardrobe are missing. I called front office immediately and i have been told that housekeeping had found the door of wardrobe is broken and has a risk of falling, so for safety reason, therefore, they have transferred our suitcases to the new room.
so here are the question:
1. Why there are only half of my belongings are being transferred to the new room? You either transferred all my belongings to the new room, but not just half of it, it is so scary when you back to your room which it is like a crime scene!
2. Is it normal for a luxury hotel to touch guest's personal belonging without permission of the guest?
3. If the hotel find it a safety issue inside the room, why do they still let the guest go into the room? That kind of put the guest in a dangerous environment that may get injured!
4. Have the hotel ever tried to contact the guest, by phone/email of such incident had happened in the room? or worst case, to stop me to get in to the room, when i passed by front desk before get back to the room? none of it had been done
In short, this is not acceptable for any hotel, not talking about Ameron is a luxury brand, the hotel has poor risk management, this is my first time using this brand and I don't think there will be a second chance, terrible experience and even on the checked out date, no one care to ask how was my stay.

Customer service needs a lot of improvement, particularly a receptionist called Natasha.
After collecting our luggages from the storage, I proceeded to asked her for the hotel room key as we have yet to check in. She then said ”she wouldn't know anything as I did not provide any details to her”. As a front desk staff, I would think it is part of your responsibility to maybe ask?
On another occasion, I asked her if it was okay to get something delivered to the hotel tomorrow as I forgot something and needed it urgently. Her respond was ”Isn't it too late now that I ask her?” The look on her face was a look of annoyance.
I told her I could cancel it if it wasn't allowed. Eventually, my item was not delivered as she probably did not cascade the information to the staff on duty the next day.
Would appreciate if she could respond nicely, especially when you're in the service line.
I'm not sure if it has anything to do with racism?? I've observed that she was very friendly and accomodate a guest of a different race whom asked her for a favour.
If you'd like consistently good service, I'd suggest put your money elsewhere. The accomodation doesn't come cheap as well.

The room with a clean, spacious, and beautifully designed room that’s well-lit, plus great-smelling toiletries, convenient amenities like wireless charging. The hotel nearby have COOP supermarket and McDonald's. The hotel even has a cinema on the first floor with daily 8 PM showings. Overall a 5-star stay, though the hallway carpet should use vacuum to clean up.

The hotel is not far from the train station, but walking with large luggage can be a bit challenging due to an uphill path. Taking the tram for just two stops is a more convenient option. During my stay, there was construction next to the hotel, so I had to cross the street to walk on the other side.
Cleanliness:
The hotel is clean, and housekeeping provided daily room cleaning and fresh towels.
Service:
Staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful. I was able to leave my luggage in the storage room before check-in time without any issue.
Facilities:
There’s hot water available for instant noodles and wooden cutlery provided, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was tasty, though the selection was limited — it would be even better with a salad bar.

NNurzakiah HanimMy experience with this hotel was not that pleasant.
Arranged my luggage from Bern to this hotel. It was supposed to arrive on the 15th between 8am - 8pm. I arrived at the hotel around 8:40pm. When enquired if my luggage had arrived, I was informed that it not there yet. I had to call SBB using my IDD since they had no phone in the room, only to be informed that SBB had delivered my luggage on 15th at 8:50am. I went down to the reception and enquired regarding my luggage again, only to find out that my luggage was in their luggage room. The expense incurred on personal account was truly uncalled for. These could have been prevented if the front desk staff checked the luggage room when I enquired initially.
On the second day, an engineer opened my door when I was in the bathroom. Maybe he knocked but I couldn’t hear. He said that he’s gonna check the window. Why check on the window when a guest is still in house? I do understand that he’s just doing his job however, this can be done prior to a guest’s stay or could have waited for the guest to check out first.
The wifi is not that great too.
