Plus, its location is convenient- you'll find a Starbucks and 7/11 close by, along with other restaurants. The breakfast was also excellent, offering a range of Western options. And for late-night cravings, the grab-and-go station downstairs is a lifesaver, and with snacks like paninis, muffins, and more. Whether you're staying short-term or long-term, this hotel is an excellent choice for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay in Bangkok.

Hotel located one of the best and busiest district area of Bangkok.Located in Sukhumvit neighborhood, Grande Centre Point Hotel Terminal 21 is connected to a rail/subway station. to visit Terminal 21 Shopping Mall and EmSphere Shopping Center. Having nearby tourist attractions just walking distance Hotel having one of the best and beautiful swimming pool, Luxury spa, fitness center, Best Restaurant for Breakfast, Lobby of hotel is also good and beautiful. I have spent 1 night at grand deluxe room in this hotel and found it to be a very comfortable stay with great facilities, helpful staff, Daily house keeping, very clean. Over all it's good to stay here.

This was my first stay at The Carlton Hotel, and it was fantastic. The room was excellent, and both the pool and gym were impressive. The rooftop bar was amazing, with incredibly friendly and accommodating staff. From the bellboys to the reception, room service, and the rooftop bar team, everyone was outstanding – they even remembered how I liked my drink!

Have stayed a few times now. It is in a good position and the staff are great. Good ammenities. I think the only downside was the air-conditioning. We couldn't set the Temp.control, properly. I would sat it for 23 go out and come back and the room was hot. It smelt a bit too, I think the aircon system needs to be looked at, otherwise it was ok.

The hotel is clean and tidy. Room is a bit old. The power supply is not stable as well. There was power outage during our stay. Housekeeping service is very slow as well.

Excellent location, excellent hospitality, excellent breakfast buffet. The hotel is abit dated but it’s not much of an issue because most things work well. The bed is uncomfortable because it’s too soft and does not have movement isolation. My partner and I would wake each other up when we turn in our sleep. I would stay again.

Good location (only 50 meters from main road; Sukhumvit Soi 33). Very convenient, you can find 7/11, nice coffee shops, and good location Thai food restaurants, new lifestyle mall; Emsphere in the same area.

Excellent location with spacious and spotless rooms, complemented by very friendly bellboys. The rooms are quiet and comfortable, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. However, the experience was marred by the receptionists, who generally displayed poor attitudes and lacked customer service skills. When I encountered issues connecting to the WiFi on my MacBook Pro, I was told to visit the reception area for assistance, whereas most hotels would typically send someone to help in the room. On my departure day, I requested help with my luggage around 6:55 am, and the receptionist claimed there were no bellboys available. Yet, when I reached the lobby, a bellboy was present at the door. Despite this, the three receptionists on duty failed to apologize for their inadequate service. During my stay, I frequently passed the reception area and noticed the staff often ignored me, pretending to be occupied even though there were no guests waiting. I hope the hotel management will retrain their frontline staff to improve customer service etiquette. The rating of such a wonderful hotel is unfortunately lowered by a few unprofessional employees.

The staff at S31 Sukhumvit Hotel were professional, courteous, and always ready to assist. Whether it was arranging transportation, offering recommendations for local attractions, or accommodating special requests, their attention to guest needs was commendable. While the hotel is positioned as a luxury option, it offers excellent value for money considering its prime location, upscale amenities, and exceptional service. It’s an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers.

It was a wonderful hotel and I had a fantastic stay. They offered free tuk-tuk rides to Asok and Sukhumvit stations. It was also just a short 10-minute walk to the stations. There was a 7-Eleven nearby, so I could buy plenty of water at once. I had a few questions before my stay and they replied to my emails very quickly, providing lots of information. The staff at the front desk were also very kind during my stay. The breakfast was delicious. I was able to enjoy my favorite Thai tea. There is a rooftop pool with a great view. The large pool was 1.6 meters deep, but the smaller pool at the end was a kiddie pool. My 130 cm son could stand and swim, but it was a little deep for my 116 cm son so he needed some help. There was also a laundry room on the same floor, where you could use the washing machine and dryer for 70 baht each. I stayed for about 6 days and it was truly the best. It was a dreamlike trip to Bangkok. I will definitely stay here again someday.
