I give it 5 out of 5. The furniture in the room is not new, the hotel is old, but the staff tries very hard to maintain cleanliness. They do it well.

Tribe Hotel is a newly opened hotel in 2024, offering a modern and trendy design. However, the rooms are not very spacious. Our stay was end of Feb 2025. We arrived early, around 10 AM, and the staff—Indy, Yale, and Gunny—were very nice and friendly. They kindly offered us an early check-in while ensuring we got a high-floor room as requested. The hotel room comes with a Nespresso coffee machine and 3 complimentary capsules, adding a nice touch for coffee lovers. The location is a 15-minute walk to EmQuartier, a popular shopping mall, but the hotel also provides a free shuttle service every hour, making it more convenient for guests. Day 1: We initially stayed in a twin room, but the beds were too small. The next morning, we requested a king-size bed, and the staff made the effort to arrange a room change. We left our luggage at the lobby in the morning, and the staff helpfully moved it to our new room later in the day. Day 2: The TV was not functioning, and there was an unpleasant smell in the room, likely due to toilet sewerage issues. We requested another room change, and the staff in charge immediately assisted us. The new room was much better, with no odor, and the TV worked well, allowing us to watch all channels. The hotel breakfast is decent, but the variety of options is limited.

Excellent location, excellent hospitality, excellent breakfast buffet. The hotel is abit dated but it’s not much of an issue because most things work well. The bed is uncomfortable because it’s too soft and does not have movement isolation. My partner and I would wake each other up when we turn in our sleep. I would stay again.

Hotel located one of the best and busiest district area of Bangkok.Located in Sukhumvit neighborhood, Grande Centre Point Hotel Terminal 21 is connected to a rail/subway station. to visit Terminal 21 Shopping Mall and EmSphere Shopping Center. Having nearby tourist attractions just walking distance Hotel having one of the best and beautiful swimming pool, Luxury spa, fitness center, Best Restaurant for Breakfast, Lobby of hotel is also good and beautiful. I have spent 1 night at grand deluxe room in this hotel and found it to be a very comfortable stay with great facilities, helpful staff, Daily house keeping, very clean. Over all it's good to stay here.

Location-excellent Staff Service- excellent Room conditions- new and excellent Literally, I have no more special comment except a word “excellent” and nightly recommended for all of you who are looking for a reasonably priced hotel with superb service, facilities and within the central heart of Bangkok city centre.

The hotel is located near the Asoke station of skytrain. Thus, transportation is very convenient. A large shopping mall is right opposite. The rooms are clean but furniture has seen some years. The personal is extremely kind and can speak English. The breakfast choices are great and plentiful. We will love to come back. However, a small inconvenience was that the pool water was pretty cold!

Location of the place is amazing, it was near to IKEA and newest mall Emsphere. Also BTS just 10 mins walk away and few stops from shopping heaven of Siam Paragon and Centralworld. Even though building and facilities look kinda old, breakfast was interesting and pool is located on the 9th floor which has a an amazing look overview. Would definitely stay again when i'm in BKK for sure.

It was a wonderful hotel and I had a fantastic stay. They offered free tuk-tuk rides to Asok and Sukhumvit stations. It was also just a short 10-minute walk to the stations. There was a 7-Eleven nearby, so I could buy plenty of water at once. I had a few questions before my stay and they replied to my emails very quickly, providing lots of information. The staff at the front desk were also very kind during my stay. The breakfast was delicious. I was able to enjoy my favorite Thai tea. There is a rooftop pool with a great view. The large pool was 1.6 meters deep, but the smaller pool at the end was a kiddie pool. My 130 cm son could stand and swim, but it was a little deep for my 116 cm son so he needed some help. There was also a laundry room on the same floor, where you could use the washing machine and dryer for 70 baht each. I stayed for about 6 days and it was truly the best. It was a dreamlike trip to Bangkok. I will definitely stay here again someday.

We enjoyed our stay here. The location was great- easy to walk places and very central. Good access to public transport. The breakfast had good options and the room was tidy and spacious. Friendly staff and efficient check in and check out. Things to be improved- it was very busy and the reception was noisy and full of luggage everywhere. The concierge almost gave us the wrong luggage when we handed him the ticket until we corrected him (no locked luggage room). There was a family whose child continuously screamed loudly (she was just playing) and no one from the hotel asked them to use a quieter voice inside the lobby, move outside or go to the kids area. At breakfast, my chair had a sharp screw that went into my leg when I sat down, but the restaurant employee was quick to remove the chair when I showed them and check I was ok. One of the rooms had a faulty plug for the bath (it wouldn’t stay down so we couldn’t fill the bath) and the hot water didn’t work- even after running it for a long time, it didn’t warm up. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

My repeated stay in this nice and clean and great service hotel in Bangkok. The staff are friendly and helpful to book taxi ride to airport. They serves with the Thai smiles. It turns your stay nice and wonderful. The cafe is norm but clean and nice ambient to have a drink to relax before head back to the room. Overall, the location is great- 3 to 5 minutes to Terminal 21 and Asoke BTS or MRT 15 minutes(7 stops) to Chinatown night market and 3 stops to new One Bangkok mall Strong recommend this hotel.
