Pullman Bangkok King Power Reviews

I have stayed at most of the five-star hotels in Bangkok, but this one was very disappointing because of old female manager in the executive lounge,despite the spacious suite room. First, my stay included package benefits, but most of them were not provided. I had to ask the reception several times to confirm what was included. Second, even after they finally gave me the promised voucher, it had already expired last year. I had to request a replacement once again. Third, I had two visitors who stayed in my room for less than an hour to have tea. However, a female manager insisted that I pay an extra charge because there were three people. I clearly explained that they were just visiting. (For reference, I am a fluent English speaker.) If I hadn’t repeatedly clarified the situation, she would have charged me. Lastly, she even asked me if I had used a condom and said I would need to pay for it. Omg, I stayed alone—why would I use a condom by myself? The old female manager (Konmi??) gave me the worst worst memeory. Is this the hotel’s policy for making more money? Or is she making team up with the cleaning lady to harass solo travelers? Even with such a small lounge, I have never experienced this level of disrespect.

Pleasantly surprised by the facilities available at the hotel, including a beautiful infinity pool and a well equipped gym. Room was spacious and the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance from the BTS station and the airport line (one hour door to door). Just 2 stations away from BTS and the main shopping areas, it is easy to get around Bangkok from the hotel. Would definitely recommend!

Overall a good stay. Breakfast Buffet is so good. Easy access to Bangkok City

Check in was delayed by an hour due to peak holiday seasons on year end.🤷 Awoke midnight. ,,🤐😔🥱The sound proof between the rooms was poor, talking and foot stepping sounds were heard from the top ceiling at 3:30am. 😡😴 Rated: 4 stars ⭐⭐ ⭐⭐ hotel instead of 5 stars.

A nice hotel with large room and nice swimming pool. Facilities are new and not old school. Connected to the nearby mall with a lot of shopping and food choices. But quite far if walk from Phaya thai bts (ard 10mins walk)

Spacious and clean rooms. Delicious breakfast. Great amenities and facilities. Helpful and accommodating staff.

Pullman Bangkok King Power was beyond expectation! We stayed the night for our anniversary and they sent us a Happy Anniversary cake and card! So thoughtful of them. Their staff were also very attentive, and served us welcome drinks upon arrival. Breakfast was great too! We will surely be back with our kids!

We were booking 2 periods (303 Garden wing), from 5-15.Oct and 15-19.Oct, but during whole periods the services don’t deep cleaning like change draft … (no need day by day but not to long like this experience). Thanks.

Good and friendly staff. Very accessible place!

Room is clean, location is ok, about 15 mins walk to the nearest BTS station. Lobby is spacious and overall it’s a good stay.
