There were cockroaches in our room. Alerted the manager but response was just OMG, that’s it. No let me have the cleaner check or change you bedding. Just OMG… and NO ACTION

Old style room but its Clean and spacious room. Super accessible, situated just beside big c and opposite central world, also near pratunam and 4 face Buddha. Airport rail around 15mins walk away.

The room is very old style and should be renovated. The carpet smells musty.

When we arrived at 1130pm. The front office said reservations was closed at 6pm. He needed time to check the bookings. I told him that I am tired and all front office should have bookings in their computers. I made some noise because we were very tired. After the man came back and said he found the booking at the back office. Went up to the room was very old and there were mosquitoes in our room. Aircon was not working at all because it cannot be adjusted off/on, temperature was freezing there is no way we can bring up the temperature we were freezing inside our rooms. Move to another Ambassador hotel which we paid half the price and rooms were renovated and is near shopping and restaurants at Sukhumvit 11.

Suitable for families and couples looking for a relaxing and chill hotel. Suitable for those with babies or kids . If babies they will give baby cot , with kids come with king mattress . Location is good just next to big c and opposite to central world . Walking distance to mrt is 10-15 mins. Have stay this hotel since 7 years ago! Till now this is still my Choice , I opt in the option with buffet and the food is nice !

Hotel a center Bkk. Needly Shopping mall. Hotel a bit old style and nice plan and staff all very nice

The hotel's prime location is unbeatable, right next to Big C shopping mall and opposite Central World.

Staffs are so friendly and helpful. Really good service and acceptable room.

The towel provided got blood stains. The room was make up daily and each time towel provided stil got blood stain. The pillow sheet also has blood stains

Location was very good! My View was great! But the most import was the people around it! As all Manager and staff gives excellent service.

The room needs to refurbish & bathroom need to upgraded! Basin is definitely needs to changed difficulty to turned on & off！The location is convenient closed to all the shops whose like to shopping

I love the location of the hotel as it is strategically located near shopping malls like Centralworld and within walking distance to Chit Lom BTS station and also to Siam Paragon. The in-house massage was good - slightly on the expensive side but for the comfort and the convenience - I feel it is worth it. My friends who joined us in this travel love the hotel so much that they will consider staying here again at their next Bangkok visit.

Location is convenient. Hotel food not hot as never turn on the heater. Services is good, complimentary birthday is served (is a surprise to us) when we email to them that we are celebrating birthday at their hotel.
