Best 5 star hotel in Sukhumvit. The service, the bed, the pillows, the food, the pool. Everything is perfect and my my the location is absolutely on point. Best hotel in Bangkok near Sukhumvit

I planned to pre-celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday (last year we stayed in the same hotel for birthday trip). Eventually my boyfriend made the stay as a very surprising one as he proposed to me in room. OMG! I am so thankful to the warmest assistance provided by the hotel team (especially Carole). U made my special day a very memorable one! Highly recommend Landmark hotel!

I recently stayed at this hotel and booked a Premium Club room expecting a seamless experience. However, I was disappointed with the service.
I arrived at 3:00 PM and completed the check-in process, but my room was not ready until 3:30 PM. Upon entering, I found the shower room still wet, and to make matters worse, the shower handle was broken. I reported this issue to the receptionist, but it added to my frustration.
For a Premium Club room, I expected better preparation and cleanliness. Unfortunately, the delay in getting my room and the bathroom’s condition did not meet my expectations. I hope the hotel improves its service to ensure a better guest experience in the future.

I will never go back. The first time I went there was 17 years ago and it was so good that I booked the Lounge Room for the first few days and the regular room for the second time after the hotel renovation was finished.
1. I was grateful that the lounge staff upgraded me. However, I was a little disappointed when I later found out that the floor written on the elevator was not the lounge floor but the regular floor. Why didn't they tell me in advance?
2. Lounge conditions: happy hour There were so many people that it felt worse than a local airport lounge. It was definitely not a 5-star lounge. This includes the interior decoration.
3. Fitness Club that they boast about: The service problem arises because they have to cater to both local and hotel customers. Customer service attitude.
Ex) When you go to the sauna, they provide towels, but if you don't return all the towels, they won't return the card key you left.
4. Hotel breakfast: I think there is a problem with the interior food zoing layout, so it is difficult for both the employees and the customers. It's understandable since it's just opened, but I still don't think I'll go next time.
5. I think there's the interio planing problem with the 4 food courts on the lower floor.(in and Out)
6. Still, I think the food and the employees who have worked here for a long time save face.

Dated and tired hotel. Upgrading is going on but I think its the lobby area only. Need to modernize their rooms. The service was good though where they tried to please.

Nice hotel in the under 200 range in Sukhumvit. The location is close to Nana Station where there is a lot of good food and nightlife.
Rooms are clean and comfortable, a little bit smaller than other major hotels in the area.

The staff are very friendly and courteous, always ready to help and serve. They are very proactive as well.
The ease of access to fitness first was what made me stay here. They've made my stay very comfortable and I feel very welcomed.
Train station is just a 2 mins walk away and there's plenty of street foods along the road as well.
The room is very clean and spacious.
