Royal Suites Bangkok offers spacious rooms, friendly staff, and a convenient location near shops and transport. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice city view. Some areas feel a bit dated, but overall, it’s a great value for the price.

To me, as a person who visited Bangkok for the first time, the location seemed poor. Too far from the subway station, and super inconvenient to walk to. But if you make it to the station, it only takes 20 minutes to get to the airport, which is great, given Bangkok's horrible traffic. Even though we only stayed for 2 nights, they cleaned the room. AC and WiFi work well. We ordered pizza from the hotel restaurant and they only delieved it after 2 hours of waiting! That was a huge disappointment.

Big room, functional facilities, value for money. Location is pretty bad, but there are a few restaurants that open late at night (until 2am) within walking distance.

The hotel intended to reject my booking according to my Thai passport shows upon arrival. The receptionist told me my booking wasn’t confirmed and asked me to contact Trip.com for it because the rate was not for Thai citizens! I was quite mad at the time when I was there at 8pm+ on the heavy rainy night! They were ok when I showed my kids and my husband passports with non-Thai citizenship! Hotel is very old and not very pleasant cleanliness.. as shown in the photos I was almost vomit but I didn’t wanna make a big deal in the hotel because I was too tired each day! The staffs are friendly except the receptionists! I had to wait like more than 5mins for the check out… no idea why!? The breakfast was…. I would not go back there again with all these kind of experiences! Bye!

Booked a deluxe room but not what we expected. Firstly there are two buildings or more for the hotel and after check in you have to walk in the hot weather or rainy weather to the other building and there is not any transfer service for guest. Secondly, the deluxe room is Very old room with very Musty smell. With very old and not cleaned refrigerator and big dent on the door. Furniture is also very old and there is hole in the sofa as well. I won’t recommend this hotel to anyone and will never coming back in the future. Please do not fall for the name Royal Suite Hotel, you can find better room in anywhere else.

It is great to stay in this hotel for four days. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Most important is having the good service of hotel staff from reception desk like Nan and Sai, house keeping, hotel attendant like Gem, to the hotel shuttle driver for making our stay memorable. Breakfast selection is up to standard and could be better if fruit juice refill can be faster. The only negative to comment is the very bad experience of room occupancy on the first day of check-in at the hotel. The room type and size was found to be different from what was originally booked, resulting in a waste of time for guest like me to select the right hotel room to stay at last. The hotel management should pay attention to this unacceptable mistake as it could damage the hotel reputation if it happened again.
