The restaurant is not clean with small rats & cockroaches. Choices of food is limited. The staff there is reluctant to cook omelets & put the omelets on the dirty plate even I told her the plate is dirty. However, The bell boys are great, really helpful & didn’t just want to get tips. I stayed in Tower 1, I told the reception on day 2 that the drainage of the shower area are stuck , flooding. But they didn’t solve the problem for the 8 days I stayed. I’m so disappointed. Shower is not power enough. Shower jel, shampoo is too little. I used the glass & put on the coffee table and they never put the new one to me. The tissue in the tissue box is used up & they didn’t refill & just leave it empty.

Room have enough space and amenities. Staff are kind and able to communicate in both English and Chinese. Price are acceptable. Location are so so not far from airport to go others place you have to go by taxi.

Good place to stay just far from the center but other than that it's good stay🤩

Stayed here when I arrive in Thailand so that I can attend a meeting at Bangna the next day. Shower water pressure was good. Comes with shower gel and the standard tooth brushes. Overall clean and quite. Friendly staff. Wish there was a nearby 7-11 (nearest was 1km away)

The Maple Hotel is quite convenient and their services are good and professional, the hotel provides a friendly and flexible staying experience to their guests.

Bed is comfy, room is basic and clean. Beautiful lobby, some facilities a bit dated. Breakfast can be scanty and not refilled enough, although still able to eat simple fare. All across staff are very attentive and helpful, plus point for this. For pricing, acceptable and considered affordable.

Love the hospitality of the staffs and cleanliness of the room. However there is no shops or restaurant nearby. Otherwise it is a perfect hotel to stay.
