I am ready to put 10 stars!!! It is the perfect place with a very warm atmosphere. We had a bright room with its own bathroom. Everything is decorated in antique style, wooden walls, floor, photos. Clean and pleasant linen, clean towels change. Wonderful breakfasts - more often meat with rice and mango + coffee or tea. Very tasty!!! In the garden cats live🙌 The staff is friendly, helps in everything, always with a smile. I felt like I came to my grandmother’s cottage where everything for you❤️ Close to all the main attractions - we hardly used a taxi. I am ready to recommend this place for everyone so that it will flourish.

Quiet, lush oasis in the heart of Bangkok! Easy walk to Grand Palace, Wat Pho, piers. And sitting sipping coffee on the peaceful patio dotted with plants, small fountains, and napping cats you would never know you're in the heart of the city. Air conditioning and shower were both great. Breakfast is outstanding

Beautiful homestay in an old thai house owned by a thai family. The guest is the kindest and super helpful. I had a private room and it was very cozy. Being a traditional wooden house of course there is not much insulation, so you can hear others' steps or sneeze. Not much of a problem for me anyway. Breakfast was delicious, everyday we had a different fullfilling meal made of fruit, rice with egg and meat or thai soup. Location is close to the old Bangkok area, a bit of walking to the metro station but you can grab easily. Keep in mind it is located in a very narrow street in proximity of the canal, hence it can look a bit sketchy at first sight. Note, I'm a solo female traveller and had absolutely no issue and never felt in danger, the place is populated by locals living in the neighbourhood and plenty of cute cats!

An authentic old Thai house stay! The lady owner took time to explain the history of the old Thai house to me. Cosy room with nice breakfast!

We stayed for two nights. The hostess is very hospitable, the house is over 85 years old, she got it from her mother, the house is made in the old style, very beautiful. In fact, it is a guest house, the audibility is very strong, you can hear the neighbors talking, how they cook food in the morning. Breakfasts are meager (rice, scrambled eggs, green tea, water, fried chicken with soy meat mixed together and banana), no bread. The location is normal, not on the main street, but in an alley, taxi drivers do not go there, and you have to get off on the main street and roll your suitcases for 200 meters. Near this alley there are two good cafes with smoothies and local food and two 7-eleven stores. You can walk to the sights without any problems.

Wonderful, kind and nice place. Friendly hosts, convenient location, old house, you feel like you are on a page of history. Nearby are shops, cafes, all the main attractions, metro, buses. Easy to get to from the airport. I want to come to this place again and give a gift to the hostess for her kindness!

We were there from 12/18/24 to 12/18/24. A small home hotel. Very friendly attitude towards guests, they solved all requests. Of the minuses: a very hard mattress and pillows, you sleep like on boards. A wish to the owners - put toppers on the mattresses, otherwise all the guests' bones hurt. Thanks to the staff, my husband was given a second blanket, they put it instead of the second mattress; there is no kettle or refrigerator in the rooms. The location of the hotel is good for us, since we were focused on exploring historical sights. The Grand Palace, the Temple of the Emerald Buddha and other sites - It was within walking distance. The metro is 1.3 km from the hotel, we also walked

Breakfast was delicious. Laundry was washed, hung out, and folded for 100 baht. I brought my own laundry detergent. It was great that it was within walking distance to Khao San Road!

Hygiene: The floor and bedding are very clean Environment: Far from the subway station, in the alley. The transportation is slightly inconvenient. But there is a 711 across the alley, which is convenient for shopping. Breakfast: Coffee, etc., homemade. Service: Warm reception. Suggestion: Towels are not clean enough, you can bring your own.

I booked a room in the pre-New Year days. The map says a 3-star hotel. In fact, it is a beautiful authentic Thai house. The amenities are located separately (I did not pay attention when booking). Trip com says that this is a hotel, the sign says - a hostel. Pros: - location in the center. You can walk to the royal palace. Take a water taxi to Center World. - clean, spacious - easy to get from Don Muang airport by bus A4 (it runs only rarely, once every 45-60 minutes, and not once every 15 minutes as Google says) Cons: - very noisy at night, it was difficult to fall asleep, I had to put on earplugs - the road in front of the hotel. It will be uncomfortable to walk late at night, there are many destroyed houses, but in general, no one bothered, there were no problems - far from the metro
