Great for siam songkran music festival time

A very quiet location hotel if you need a healing space or time. Good and clean room with gym facilities and a roof top swimming pool. Will book again in future if there's an opportunity.

This is the 4th time for me to stay at this hotel ❤️ .

From the first day of check-in, I reported that the room often lost internet, and the front desk replied, "Why are you the only one who is like this when everyone else is fine?" (I really want to slap him in the face and ask him why I don't hit others.) On the second day, no one solved or asked about the internet problem. So, I thought about changing to another hotel. As a result, the hotel did not give a refund. After I contacted Ctrip customer service, the communication result was still unsatisfactory. Ctrip customer service has no binding force on the hotel. I paid to stay in the hotel, but the most basic service was not provided. I refunded and left. The merchant did not refund. From my check-in to check-out. In 4 days, no one in the hotel asked about the problem I reported. It was a hard sell, and I have never seen such a bad hotel. This price is still the most expensive one I have stayed in Thailand recently. There is no sense of service. A fair evaluation, not a bad one. The room is large and the bed is very comfortable. The service attitude is very poor, and there is no hot water for bathing. Everyone should avoid the pit.

The hot water is a big problem in terms of equipment. It is not very good when it is hot and cold. Also, the water feels a little weird when I brush my teeth. I asked my friends but they didn’t feel it. Maybe I am paranoid. I also prepared a small one for Christmas very thoughtfully. Overall, the gift is worth recommending.

The location is a bit far, but I was mentally prepared when I made the reservation. It is also very quiet and will not become noisy because the highway is nearby. The room is large. The only drawback is the hot water problem.
