WiFi needs serious improvement. That’s the only downside other than that we had a great stay at the hotel. Great rooms, comfy beds, great staff.

I like the residential room type. Big room with bathtub pantry area, and parking space. Nice and clean. Staffs are nice. Location is convenient for getting on the expressway.

1. Stain the bedding is something we should apologize for that. 2. Since the pens we bought are washable, ordinary soap and water are definitely not enough to clean them thoroughly. But the bedding has special detergent so it's no problem to remove the stains. This problem doesn't exist in China. 3. You don't have corresponding policies or specific information about hotel compensation. It's just a verbal determination, which doesn't comply with the compensation rules. 4. You accused me of being a person. Ready to block me to live. It’s ok. That’s your way. May I ask if your hotel's publicity has achieved those goals? 5. From the very beginning of checking in, I felt that you guys treated Chinese people differently. But because I have been in Thailand for many days with my children and I'm very tired, I had to stay for just a few days. 6. I don't have time to help you clean the bed sheets. Although you haven't clearly defined the compensation rules, I'm willing to compensate you because I'm Chinese. 7. If you have the chance to visit China, you will experience the tolerance of the Chinese people and the true service of the hotel. 8. You charged a deposit of 500 B. Nive and great location and we'll as services are at per the marks

The hotel was not closed to public transport services and the easy way to reach the hotel by grab car. We booked the 3 bed rooms suite. It was spacious and clean. The swimming pool was good for kids. Free coffee and tea were provided during our stay.

massive studio everything works well mid budget range as it is I like the area not to far from the center

Near by place that we need to go in the morning. The location is no in the city area but not difficult to get public transportation with 10-15 min walk

Very nice and clean specious place to live in Cozy and comfortable. Value for money

Bangkok is amazing, with its food, people and culture. The hotel was located in a peaceful area but street food is ample within walking distance. Central Rama 3 was just around the corner, so food wasn't much of a problem. The family room was big enough for 6 people to get a comfortable and restful night. I loved the space and how the kids could play around freely.

We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment for 2 nights and it was big and spacious. With all the facilities kitchen and etc. The only thing which I didn’t like was I can’t open the balcony it’s locked. As we were hoping for balcony alot.

For its price, this is quite good location and suitable for big groups. Bed for non Master bedroom is harder, which it has better support. Overall quite good.

Refrigerator is not good. No stove and oven but good service.
