Lovely comfortable hotel. Check in and check out easy. Staff very friendly. Hourly tuk-tuk to On Nut station free of charge. Would stay again. Cats very friendly.

I arrived late in the evening and was handed my room key at check in. The key was attached to a big metal plank which had the room number on it. I detached it as it wouldn’t fit in my pocket. Coming back to the hotel I forgot my room number. I went to reception to ask them to double check and handed my id to her. Two old woman at reception got very angry and was rude. Telling me I shouldn’t do that and I’m not allowed. They were reluctant to tell me the room number even when I showed them my id and made me feel like I was doing something bad. Rude staff and definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone staying here. I’ve attached a photo of the huge key the expect you to carry and it wouldn’t fit in my pocket and I had no bag. I even tried to explain and show them that my pocket was way too small. Don’t see why it’s an issue to leave that huge silly thing in the room

No way you can the shower temperature right unfortunately. Update: Tuk tuk goes hourly from morning to 9pm

Tuck tuck driver is so kind The disadvantage of the hotel is so far from the subway station. But they provide pickup service

The only thing I really didn't like here are some creepy guests and the noisy tennis court next door. Too many smokers outside. Otherwise, it's value for money. Spacious rooms, big balcony with a clothing line. Bed was hard but fixed my back. The sheets, towels were clean but not spotless. Their laundry people could do a much better job. The old lady was good to me. The area is nice to walk about but the main road nearby can be very polluted during traffic hours. Many eateries nearby.

Good wifi, big room, average service and facilities, the all could be much better with a little renovation but its a good place if your are on budget. Also I very liked the balcony.

This is a very comfy and perfectly located hotel with affordable price, and very nice, helpful and welcoming personnel! This is not my first stay here and I hope I’ll return here again! Thank you for a happy stay!

Staff was friendly, room was clean. Location is ok, about 10 minutes walk to the nearest MRT station.

Room is big and clean. Shuttle provided to BTS Station so it’s easy to find food

Good hotel nice staff clean rooms and there is a coffeeshop next to the hotel where there is a art gallery very nice place would recommend this place
