The facilities are a little old but very clean, and the daily cleaning service is also good. All the employees I met, from the parking lot at the door, to the front desk receptionist to the cleaners, are very friendly. Pet-friendly, I met some people walking their dogs in the morning. Smoking-friendly, because there is a balcony, you can smoke on the balcony. The price is pretty good, I plan to stay there for another week in July. But the room price seems to be a little higher than this time, it would be better if it could be lower. A little flaw, the ditch at the door smells too strong, maybe this is normal in Bangkok
