There are ants in the room. And the towel was smelly. Other than that everything is fine

The staff here are incredible! They were so kind and helpful in answering questions and helping prepare a taxi for the BKK airport. The breakfast was good and the hours were suitable (6am-10:30am). The AC in the room was not fully working so we had quite a warm night which was not preferred. The location is good with some coffee shops and a mall nearby, but I didn't feel quite comfortable being out in the area during the night time. Overall, I would certainly return if I were staying in Bangkok for a short time.

The hotel is very conveniently located by seacon mall. The staff is friendly and helpful! When you check in, there’s a complimentary free drink! But the AC is a little weak in the rooms and sometimes it smelled of smoke.

Great Service! Didn’t have any hand soap in the bathroom, but otherwise was a good, cheap option.

We stayed here for 4 nights as it's walking distance to Seacon Square - and other shops. Room is spacious, however it is outdated. The staff is friendly. Location wise going to central Bangkok is approx over 30-40 mins depend on traffic. Stay was decent thanks

Old hotel that needs a little care in a suburban area of Bkk not far from the Airport. Rooms at the front can be a little noisy but clean and comfortable. Overall good value for money and a pool on the roof that the pigeons favour!

The reception staff were great! They gave me a free upgrade and the checkin very efficient. Good value for money in a location not far from the airport. Great pool with nobody there!

The staffs are very good. The room is clean. The bed is soft. The area is OK. It is near 7-11. The hotel is easy to find.

Staying at this hotel, let me tell you that there is a car service from the first day of arrival until the last second at 9. Everything is impressive and another thing is that there are many places to go nearby, such as Seacon Square, Paradise and many other places. The restaurants in the area have delicious food at cheap prices. Let me tell you that I want to stay here for many more days.

I stayed in a room on the 5th floor. The facilities were old and damaged. The laminate floor was soaked and uneven. The room had a strange smell. It was not a luxury room at all. It was worse than a domestic business hotel! The decoration on the 7th floor where I stayed last time was slightly more modern and at least cleaner than this room. There was nothing in the refrigerator, and the TV was also small and tacky. In addition, they didn't give me the network password this time. Does the front desk have some prejudice against Chinese people? It took a long time to check out. The service is really too bad! I will never stay again!

Breakfast is not bad, the pool is big and clean, room cleaning is normal. Location is far from the center, but not far from Sumbat airport...

Very good, close to the airport light rail, close to the train night market, very convenient

The hotel is dirty, messy and dangerous. The ceiling is falling down and someone opened the door in the middle of the night.
