beautiful quiet place in the center of bangkok. very friendly staff. always offer help. for example, I picked up breakfast from downstairs and when I was walking along my floor with the plate, the cleaning lady immediately helped me carry the plate and even helped me open the door, although I didn’t even ask. it was very nice. Angels also work in the kitchen, the waiters always smile back. They serve delicious pizza here. and when we left the hotel at 6 am, they prepared 2 large sandwiches for us to take to the airport, although breakfast starts at 9. It’s nice to watch the beautiful fish in the aquarium every breakfast. it's calming. The hotel also has normal-sized mugs for tea and coffee, 300g, which is not often found in hotels. clean, comfortable room. we had the 2nd floor. wonderful balcony with jacuzzi. All open parts of the balcony are covered with mesh, so we saw practically no insects. this is a huge plus for us! If you press the room cleaning button, your room will be cleaned after lunch. There is hot water even in the sink. On the TV set-top box you can turn on YouTube in your language, because Wi-Fi does not have a password and everything connects very well with all devices. We didn’t use the transfer service from/to the metro, as we called a taxi if we needed to go somewhere. There’s a very cool Queen’s Park next to the metro, I recommend it to everyone. One of the minuses is that there were used reusable rag slippers in the closet, so we walked around barefoot. We always go barefoot, it would just be better not to see these slippers or disposable ones if necessary. I also felt a little sorry for the fish, the aquarium seemed dirty, although if you remember the world’s oceans, then the water in the aquarium could be said to be crystal 😁 the sandwiches that they gave us with us did not make it to the airport because they spread in the sauce. You cook very tasty without sauce, please, can you use it without sauce next time?) It was a wonderful weekend, thank you.

The only con is location is a little far from train station but they are super nice and offered short shuttle (only 9am-6pm) to train station. Its many alleys so may not be too safe to walk, but no issues with grab. Breakfast was amazing with set meal AND buffet options. There's local food, juice and your usual American breakfast. Room was amazing and i love the jacuzzi. My repeat visit and I'll definitely be back! Thank you

It's a good hotel to visit with friends. However, it's a bit far from the city center, so it's better to rent a car. The convenience store is a bit far away.

Overall, it’s pretty good. The TV has Netflix and YouTube.
The hotel has a special shuttle bus to the nearby MRT station, but the latest is 8pm
People considering nightlife should pay special attention to the need to call a taxi back when choosing this hotel.
There are residential buildings nearby, so it's very quiet at night.

The bedroom is clean, there is a cool pool, there is a complete exercise area, there is a sea fish tank, there is a sauna, everything is OK, the phone can watch all channels. It is close to the Thai Airways market.

Reading the responses to negative reviews I am expecting similar but I don't give poor reviews lightly and appreciate the negative impact a bad review can have. This said I feel it fair to articulate my experience: This hotel is not a 4*. It is more reminiscent of a good class back-packers hostel. It is poorly maintained with constant baggage blocking access, etc. It's very remote tucked away on a tiny residential street with limited access unless you have a car. The water pressure in the shower is atrocious. A mere dribble and the sticky, odourless condiments are useless. The "extra large double bed" is actually 2 single beds pushed together that separate when used leaving a nuisance gap. The "family room" is not a family room at all! I had a family member wanting to stay a couple of nights in my booked "family room" only to be told "it isn't a family room, we just call it that" and then charged me a disproportionate amount for my "3rd person" who ended up on a camp bed. The swimming pool is a bleak place infested with mosquitoes. I accept this is a general problem but most hotels at least attempt to mitigate the obvious issue with repellants. On a positive, and the reason I'm leaving an extra star is the staff are lovely and helpful and the sheets and towels are clean.

We stayed in November for a few days en route to Phuket. It was about an hours drive from airport, but easy and efficient check in with Tom looking after us on reception. We had a jacuzzi room that was a nice treat after a long and tiring flight from UK. The hotel has good room service available, but we ordered food via Grab app which was delivered promptly. The super king-sized bed was so comfortable, it really helped with my jet lag. Nice to have some toiletries in the bathroom too and hair dryer. There was also slippers and robe in the wardrobe. There was a simple breakfast available in the morning - continental and some hot options to help start your day.

We had the Jacuzzi room. Very good outlook and comfortable king bed. Lovely staff. Somewhat difficult to find for taxis so advise to copy the note from the hotel on booking with Thai instructions for direction. Quiet neighbourhood but easy walking to 7 Eleven etc. Baht 700 from International Airport. About Baht 300 from Bangkok throb of bars. Lovely swimming pool and aquarium in dining area a great feature.

Chose here to be close to the Weekend Markets. The rooms were really good, very comfortable bed, great room size, balcony, good sized bathroom with a bath (though hot water was a bit random so not really an option for us). The pool was delightful to come back to after a few hours out and about as it was super-hot. Food at the hotel was good, a little bit more expensive than out and about, however it was super convenient to eat in. Not as many restaurants etc nearby, but a super fab 7/11 next to the ThaiAirways building. Had some difficulty with taxi/tuk-tuk driver's being able to take us back to the accommodation when we were out (no issues the first night coming in). Use the ThaiAirways building as our drop off spot in the end.

We arrived after taking a quick flight from krabi and took the MRT from Dom Mueang airport to the hotel. We arrived early but we were able to check in.. the room was very clean a little small but we had a jacuzzi bath outside. The hotel staff were very helpful and offer a shuttle service to the train station .. where you can access all points of interest in Bangkok. We explored the city and the jacuzzi was much needed after a long day walking. We had breakfast the following day which was nice .. and enjoyed a few hours by the pool.. pool towels are provided . This hotel is a little off the beaten track but very nice and comfortable providing a little sanctuary from the hustle and bustle of the city.. I would return to this hotel

This hidden oasis in the middle of urban north Bangkoks metropolis was a very pleasant surprise, from the jacuzzi on the balcony to the pool it felt so Boutique. After 3 days in downtown Bangkok sitting on the balcony this morning listening to birdsong, watching wildlife in the trees and in the distance the skyscrapers was HEAVENLY STAFF ARE SUPER HELPFUL TOO

All amenities. Breakfast delivered to your room or poolside. Some rooms have jet tubs. Spacious rooms. My only issue was the air-conditioning blows in your face when your trying to sleep. Staff literally jump at the opportunity to help with anything and everything.
