Room small, bed not queen or king size just 2 single bed put together. Shower water 🚿 , there is 1 night is totally cold, there is 1 afternoon totally no water. Have toliet fly 🪰 around. Only location is good. Before room service i went out for maybe breakfast/lunch, but after I come back room service yet to done. Receptionist service ok ok only. When no water in my room, he just told me he call someone to fix it and told me to wait, when done or done already or not, not been told.

Super convenient location with lots of amenities surrounding, easy to move around and bust area surrounded by Thai massage parlour. Definitely will be back again if I am coming to BKK.

Good location ..Near bts station &T1food court.. Room is small but good enough for couples ..

This small hotel very new just opening in this year 2024. Located behind Terminal 21 shopping mall. Very convenient if u want take BTS or MRT to anyplace. From hotel walk to Terminal 21 only take about 5 minutes. Surrounding many massages shop restaurants and 7-Eleven. Room size just nice .but the toilet design not so good. Room price reasonable.

only stayed here for a night. great location just few mins walk from the Asok BTS station. It's a no frills hotel comes with the basics like toothbrush/soap/toothpaste that's it. There wan'st a hair dryer or I just couldn't find it. there's a bit of rust on the shower head which was not very nice. shower water was just luke warm. the door tho, that wasn;t with the greatest security kinda feel flimsy (only a key to open the door, not those key cards) and there's no extra lock from the inside. But as said, it's a no frills hotel, would go for the location.

Perfect location next to the terminal 21 shopping mall. Friendly English speaking staff. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable

Hotel location is great just next to Terminal 21 and Asoke BTS station, Room is clean and zen style. Staff at the front desk is very friendly and good service mind. I have stayed here 2 times and will go back to stay again if there is chance.

Room is small but functional. Clean. There's lift to to the place. However, there's a step to go into the toilet which may be difficult for elderly. 2 to 3 mins walk to Asok BTS.

Very near with Terminal 21 mall (get down to Asok Station or Sukhumvit MRT).. the staff is very friendly and the room is clean. Overall is great ☺️ Btw cheap food is at Pier21 inside Terminal 21 mall ☺️

Really convenient and accessible to my needs. Though the room is smaller than expected but it's still fulfilled my needs as a solo traveler. Will look forward again.

The location is superb good, 5 minutes bwalk to Terminal 21 and Asok BTS. Room size is small but it’s sufficient for 2, toilet is clean is big. No daily room service, no toothbrush provided. Recommended if you don’t mind of these.

The hotel is very new, clean and in a good location. The bed is soft. The staff is friendly also. The hotel location is very near Terminal21 shopping mall and BTS Asoke sky train by walking distance. Opposite the hotel alley have 7-11. You can book the taxi or grab by choosing the arrival destination at Ambassador & smart fashion Sukhumvit soi19 because the hotel is situated in the small alley between this fashion boutique and massage shop. Overall, I like this hotel. Very convenient
