We stayed in room 8009. Good location, but when we arrived they were building an embankment right opposite the hotel and we had to go around because of the noise of the equipment (no complaints about the hotel). The room is clean, dry, side view of the sea from the balcony and the garden. Birds sing in the morning, the road along the embankment is almost inaudible. The repair in the room is poorly done and in garish colors, gaudy. The bathroom is old. There is no tea or coffee in the room.

The whole villa requires a deposit of 10,000 baht, and CNY is also acceptable at present. It is best to confirm before going, and the front desk can speak Chinese. I was very impressed with the owner's attitude when I checked in. I was also happy to receive a simple greeting in Japanese. Big-c is within a 10-minute walk, and 7-Eleven is within a minute, so it was convenient for shopping. The room also came with a microwave and dishes, which were very useful. It's a bit far from the downtown area, but if you're a Pattaya veteran, you can manage! Room cleaning is done on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, so please check just to be sure!
