The room size was small and needed better planning on interior arrangements. Same goes for the bathroom. The room could have been better lit … dark gives gloomy impression and as if there’s something being hidden (like the floor carpet which we felt needed a better cleaning). The reception service is outstanding and people there are very helpful. They also have a fitness club and spa. The parking is in the basement and is easy. They also give complimentary bus tickets for those who want to explore places on bus. We didn’t need it as we had our own car.

Thank you very much for a wonderful stay, highly recommended and will book to stay again when returning to Banff.

The hotel locate nearby the bus stop that take a few minutes to Banff downtown. There provided everything and the hot pool is great. Affordable price and nice decoration, recommend!!

Toothbrush, you have to request. And receptionist ask me to pick up. But I refused and asked him to send to our room. Waited 15mins so i called again. A bit far from Banff downtown. Room is small. But we only stay for 1 night.

The toilet was leaking all night, and the electronic clock on the bedside could not be unplugged, so it was buzzing and I couldn't sleep well. The bed was uncomfortable, the pillows were high, the quilt was thin, and the layers were messy. The lighting was dim and the furniture was old. In short, I will never choose such a lodge in Banff again, the standard is not up to standard

Although it is not a motel, the hotel has its own underground parking lot with plenty of parking spaces and free parking. The hotel is not far from the town center, about 1 km, and the location is good. But the bed in the hotel is a bit soft and my waist hurts when I sleep.

It's a little far from downtown, but it's within walking distance so it's not a problem. There was a group of students staying there so it was a little noisy, but the room was clean and comfortable. I was able to leave my luggage there before check-in, so it was easy to go out.

The call was for spa. Unfortunately, the facilities were under maintenance two days after check-in. The counter offered alternative spa facilities at other locations in the hotel group, but you had to go out. It was more inconvenient. The location was convenient.
