Hotel location walking distance to beach and close to popular dining places & cafes. Helpful & Attentive staff.
CONS
This is an aging hotel and the maintenance can`t catch up as the years progresses. Our first night was terrible when we found out that the bed is full of bed bugs. The next morning they apologised for the issue and we were transferred to a new room. There always old marks & old stains on the bedsheet, blankets, toilets, walls but might be acceptable for some. No phone in the room, you have to call using your own phone if you want to reach the front counter. Breakfast 2.5/5. Again cleanliness is the issue, bowls, plates, you will find some particles in them. And the food is just average and cold.
OVERALL : Just ok, below my expectation.
WILL I RETURN? : Maybe no"

"Location is fair, it is quite convenience to the beach side. But no convenience store is located nearby. Nothing much facilities, but the scenery is nice, with pond, flower and tress, you can have a nice breeze air when in the morning."

"The hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanlines especially rooms. Rooms are worst quality. Room was dusty. Under the bed was filthy with dirt and dust looked like it had been forgotten about by the cleaner. Bathroom floor was terrible. Rubbish and dirty furniture at the balcony."

"Bilik besar selesa. Hotel macam hotel lama. Pool waterpark best sangat, pool besar tapi air kotorrrrrrr sangatttt.. even longkang pool tu pun tersumbat and water pump pool pun rosak. Air greenish. Nak mandi pun seram and takut anak sakit. Pantai pun kotor sangat. Comeback? Maybe not."

- The hotel is clean
- The villa was surrounded by greenery, and surprisingly, there were no mosquitoes at night
- Each room has a dedicated parking spot (though there was some confusion upon arrival, we have to park at public parking first then after check in only move to the reserved parking. )
- Water park looks good
Cons:
- Facilities are very old
- Bed springs were noticeable and uncomfortable.
- Bathtub had visible cracks.
- Showerhead and towel bar were rusty.
- Beach area had overgrown grass.
- Breakfast staff were unfriendly.
- Food was average."

"the room is all ok, the bed is clean and there is nothing strange. it's just that the place to go to the pool is quite far and there are some doors are locked, it's difficult to shortcut travel to the pool. the breakfast is very tasty and the best"

"Great service and friendly staff. However like many other review mention below, they are very strict regarding total occupants inside the room, my sister in law also said the same. Hence probably next resort board meeting, can consider to terminate / abolish the such rules. The resort must remember tourism in Malaysia are usually family oriented, hence should prioritise family friendly place/hotel/resort. Do not hurt the occupants/ visitors pf the resort’s feeling. Not all are privileged to book luxuries room for their family. Hope cam consider🙏 other resort/ hotel very rare have such rules. But overall okay, abort the rules would really recommend this place to relatives and friends."

"The hotel is really nice, staff is friendly and helpful during our stay. Price is affordable. Room is clean, the bathroom need to improve i guess. When you take shower, water will splash on the floor at wash sink ( i did use the shiwer curtain) I mean, im not comfortable with wet floor when iam at the sink😂 but overall, great stay! Surely will come again given a chance."
