Hotel location walking distance to beach and close to popular dining places & cafes. Helpful & Attentive staff.
CONS
This is an aging hotel and the maintenance can`t catch up as the years progresses. Our first night was terrible when we found out that the bed is full of bed bugs. The next morning they apologised for the issue and we were transferred to a new room. There always old marks & old stains on the bedsheet, blankets, toilets, walls but might be acceptable for some. No phone in the room, you have to call using your own phone if you want to reach the front counter. Breakfast 2.5/5. Again cleanliness is the issue, bowls, plates, you will find some particles in them. And the food is just average and cold.
OVERALL : Just ok, below my expectation.
WILL I RETURN? : Maybe no"

It's a hassle-free stay, especially for those traveling with parents—parking is easily accessible. The hotel is also very kid-friendly, making it a great choice for family trips. Overall, it's a comfortable, convenient stay with a stunning view. Highly recommend!"

- The hotel is clean
- The villa was surrounded by greenery, and surprisingly, there were no mosquitoes at night
- Each room has a dedicated parking spot (though there was some confusion upon arrival, we have to park at public parking first then after check in only move to the reserved parking. )
- Water park looks good
Cons:
- Facilities are very old
- Bed springs were noticeable and uncomfortable.
- Bathtub had visible cracks.
- Showerhead and towel bar were rusty.
- Beach area had overgrown grass.
- Breakfast staff were unfriendly.
- Food was average."

"The room got rat, the kids fall sleep so we dint ask to change room but come to catch the rat.
Thanks the team come to help us catch the rat. Even the room is sanitised but rat still there.
From the play pool to the beach very far, walking distance need 5min. So we prefer play at the pool as close at 6.45pm sharp.
Restaurant outside is nearer to the beach and easy to clean up also, so we continue beach play after dinner.
Overall the kids like the pool."

"Great service and friendly staff. However like many other review mention below, they are very strict regarding total occupants inside the room, my sister in law also said the same. Hence probably next resort board meeting, can consider to terminate / abolish the such rules. The resort must remember tourism in Malaysia are usually family oriented, hence should prioritise family friendly place/hotel/resort. Do not hurt the occupants/ visitors pf the resort’s feeling. Not all are privileged to book luxuries room for their family. Hope cam consider🙏 other resort/ hotel very rare have such rules. But overall okay, abort the rules would really recommend this place to relatives and friends."

"Room was clean but could still be cleaner. Breakfast for a small chalet type hotel was good. Hotel has no restaurant, pool, bar etc, so if you want a beachfront hotel simple simple plain holiday, it's actually quite good. But the sofa in the room sinks to the floor so we have to ask for 4 extra pillows to sit on. They should throw the sofa away as junk, quite frankly. The beach was quiet and nice. Staff service was good."

"Very nice resort with excellent service. The staff are very helpful. We need to take buggy from either car park or lobby to go to the villa and the waiting time was super fast in fact no need to wait the moment u enter security area and park yr car the buggy is there waiting. Food for dinner was nice. Breakfast spread was OK. Overall very happy with my stay . Highly recommended for families or couples t9 stay in this villa when in cherating is exclusive ."
