Location is good. Price is afforadble. Clean moderate

I have been a Maxone subscriber since 2018, which is definitely the best for the price and facilities provided.

The hotel is clean, the kids love swimming, but unfortunately the shower in the bathroom where the swimming pool is very small,

There are many things I want to mention about this hotel, regarding the duvet in our room that had holes and was dirty. But I understand that it was a very busy day for them, seen when we checked in which took time, and many people were waiting in the lobby. The restaurant has a small capacity, making me have to wait because it was crowded and their team was doing a clear up. And I'm sorry, the room was dirty, flies everywhere... It doesn't have AYS service, so if you need something you have to call different phone numbers (confusing). Ok then,. I have no choice,. Even though everything went smoothly. But thank you. At least the receptionist service is still quite good. Especially Adel. Thank you so much,.

The facilities and cleanliness are good.. but because of 1 problem, the AC was leaking, I was unaware and I slipped and I was pregnant.. I had time to complain when I wanted to check in. Thankfully it was okay, *************.

When I visited the location around the hotel, it was flooded, luckily a taxi was willing to take me to the hotel. Then at night, until 12 midnight past, whether from the next room or above, it was very noisy, playing music too loud, so I couldn't rest comfortably. Maybe it needs to be added so that the room is soundproof. The food is not very varied. The taste is ordinary, only one that is most memorable is the Singkawang chicken. Hopefully it can be improved in the future

The hotel's location is slightly inland from the main road, making it comfortable and free from the noise of the hustle and bustle. There is a swimming pool and gym facilities so that it makes you feel satisfied.

A hotel that is really worth it to stay, near the main road, the rooms are clean. Breakfast has quite a lot of dessert and main course choices and there is Noodle (Indomie) along with an egg corner

I stayed with my family at the Maxone Hotel right on the third day of Eid al-Fitr 1445 H, the check-in process took more than 1 hour because the hotel was full. The hotel atmosphere is quite pleasant, because there is a mini playground for children to play while waiting for their parents to check in. The rooms and bathrooms are quite clean. It's just that the shower water in the bathroom keeps coming out warm water. For breakfast it's pretty good. Hopefully in the future the check-in process can be faster, if conditions are busy.
