Best hotel I have ever stayed in, I really can't fault this hotel Amazing villa, beyond amazing staff, all our butlers especially Ode were great, amazing food, breakfast was Ala carte with high quality and variety, everywhere had unbelievable ocean views, I recommend our villa 25 if u book a premier ocean view which is worth the extra btw..all what I can say is just keep up as this is an expensive hotel and at such a price tag guests will expect everything to be perfect which it is really

Upon arriving at the Bvlgari Resort Bali, I had high expectations of a 5-star or even higher-ranking resort experience. However, I was disappointed by the quality of their supposedly world-class services. Perhaps due to the Easter holiday, one of the villas was not ready until slightly after 4 pm, for which they generously offered a complimentary lunch. However, we had preferred to simply enjoy the villa's lovely environment and relax after our long journey. The most surprising shortcoming was the lack of communication from the butler and room service staff. Our requests were not properly addressed - for instance, the ice bucket we had requested was not delivered after 30 minutes, and our pre-ordered breakfast was delayed by an entire hour. While the resort did offer us complimentary birthday cakes for my wife, which was a kind gesture, we would have appreciated a more attentive level of service. Honestly, this service level is not comparable to the same ranking of resorts, such as those in the Maldives, which truly make you feel like you are staying in paradise. Despite the issues mentioned, I must highly respect the quality of the resort's cuisine. Executive Chef Stefano and his team offered incredibly amazing food, especially the Italian dishes, which we will dearly miss. In conclusion, the Bvlgari Bali Resort is worth a try, but guests should not have excessively high expectations regarding the level of service provided.

The location and facilities are very good, the staff is sufficient and the service is fast. The overall feeling of high-end luxury vacation is full. The service is satisfactory, but not as considerate and friendly as Mandapa. Overall, Mandapa is better.

This Bulgari stay experience is really great. Each room in the hotel is a villa type. There is an exclusive butler reception and 24-hour service. There is also an exclusive WeChat group with Chinese and English butlers! Any needs can be met at any time Breakfast is included in the stay. It is a 24-hour system. You can eat at any time. You can also choose to go to the restaurant or in the room. This is an experience from home to home, with unbeatable sea views, free pick-up and drop-off at nearby beaches, the butler will wait until you finish and then send you back, the private yoga teacher is very good, and I tasted the free drinks. Basically all reasonable requests will be met, and there are many gifts

After confirming with the hotel, the hotel has indeed been open for 20 years. I took a careful look, but I couldn't tell at all. It is very well maintained 👍 Except for being expensive, there is really nothing wrong with it First of all, as soon as I entered the hotel, I met a Chinese guy who provided kneeling service and could communicate in Chinese without any obstacles. Then we set up a WeChat group, which can also be communicated in Chinese. If you are a Chinese who went there during this period and are used to communicating in Chinese, you can find "**", a second-generation Chinese in Switzerland, who is also very good at Chinese and very professional.

The overall service quality is very good and efficient, the geographical environment is excellent, the scenery is beautiful, the gardening design is very thoughtful, and the photos are beautiful!

The hotel I wanted to visit many years ago finally made my dream come true. Butler Lin Qien communicated with us about the daily dining and hotel activities during the few days we stayed. It was much more convenient to have Chinese service. Breakfast was rich, Balinese, Italian, Chinese, and Bulgari healthy. You can eat in the Chinese restaurant or in the room 24 hours a day. We went to the Italian restaurant for dinner on both days. The dishes were exquisite and the handsome chef explained the last dish in person. I forgot the name of the local guide, but the service was the best I encountered in so many hotels. For example, when we went to town, he would bring parasols and mineral water. When we went to see a show, he would bring fans, water and iced towels, help us put on skirts, and fold them neatly for us after use. Everything showed that we were very attentive in service. In a few days, the whole team responded and solved the problem as soon as possible. The pool at sunset was shaded by trees, and we gained a lot of good memories!
