The service staff are very friendly and helpful, but mosquitoes are inevitable in rural areas

The food is not very good but it is good The location of the hotel is also good, it is a bit inside, but transportation is easy if you have a motorbike. The cleaning is not very good either, house keeping does not clean well.

They stole 200 dollars from our bag at the hotel, there were 400 bucks lying around, after we left we already noticed that there were 200 left, we were there for three days, they didn’t take the money anywhere, the room was cleaned once, on that day everything was gone

Amazing

The environment is comfortable and clean, and the food is delicious. There are only 13 rooms, and there is a spa. I just want to inform the hotel to arrange a golf cart to pick you up at the check point and other hotels. Everyone should pay attention to it, and everything else is very satisfactory.

Wauw, wauw, wauw! What a nice place to stay. Not only the nice rooms, morning breakfast and beautiful swimmingpool, but most of all: the lovely people! So warm and kind, I felt like I was home. So if you want to feel warm and welcome boom your stay here!

A fabulous resort with amazing staff. We loved our stay there. The two bed villa with private pool was clean, comfortable and all that we needed. My favourite part of the day was walking to and from our villa along the path to reception. You feel like you are wandering through the jungle. Far enough out of Ubud but about a 15 minute walk in, it’s quiet and peaceful there. The hotel can only be reached by a stone staircase in one direction and then a 400m road which is unsuitable for cars. The hotel pick you up from a checkpoint in a golf buggy and it takes less than 5 mins to arrive. You just need to message them and they come straight away it by no means a problem. Staff are so smiley and efficient and couldn’t do enough for you. Thoroughly recommend you staying at the resort!

Stayed in Ubud for 4 days on our first trip to Bali. Absolutely loved this hotel. The food is delicious, the service is attentive and it's a quiet little place away from all the buzz, but still easily accessible and close enough (by vehicle) to all the main attractions. We stayed in a one-bedroom villa with a pool, perfect to take a private little dip. The only (small) downside is the villagers have ceremonies that can be quite loud in the morning but this only happened once. Take advantage of their massage services and keep your doors closed for the occasional jungle visitor. Cozy, friendly and super relaxing!

Nice stay @ Alam Wayang for 6 nights - 4th time to Ubid Accomodation was as expected (plunge pool slightly cool, sometimes - but mainpool was perfect) - aircon was a bit cool and not adjusting but everything else was great Fantastic staff, and nice food - quiet away from centre of UBUD but can walk to middle of town in 10 mins if not too slow Good quality for price

We stay at one bedroom villa with private swimming pool, with our 6yrs old. All experience and staffs there were really good, friendly, helpful( thank you one of your staff fix my bag!!!!!) . Food and drinks are very reasonable price and importantly it is really delicious!!! Walking distance to Ubud palace and market street too!! Quite place and very Bali atmosphere!!! We love it and definitely recommended to all travellers !! If you get taxi to drive you there, set up Alamwayang cafe, the buggy car will drive you and luggages to the resort!!!!

This was by far the best hotel we visited in Bali. Clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. Everyone was smiling. Water in the pool always clean. The gardener took care of the plants and appearance. Very good breakfasts, delicious ginger tea. Close to Alchemy and the center of Ubud. Definitely recommend to everyone.

We stayed in the 3 bedroom villas as a family of four. Three separate villas with a central open air undercover area next to the pool. The main villa have a full open air bathroom which we found to be extremely hot during the day because of the glass ceiling. There is a frosted door from the bathroom to the villa so the villa is very light in the morning. Probably not an ideal choice of accommodation if you have poor mobility as it can only be reached by scooter or you have to take the resort buggy to the main road where the hotels check point is. There are Penestanan stairs which connect you to the main road and a meeting point for taxis or GoJek cars. Also, highly recommend the rice fields walk from Paddy Point cafe towards Temuku Villas. Overall we had had a very enjoyable stay. Would have been perfect if the bathroom setup is improved/modified.

This place is absolutely paradise. It is quiet and you can be there hidden with your own. Staff is very helpful and freindly always ready to help you. We were accomodating in one bedroom villa with private pool. Pool area is beautifully decorayed and we felt like beeing in a rain forest surraunded by the different kind of plans and flowers. Place is up in the hills and no cars are possible to reach here. This make all area more quiet. Check point where the transportation to the hotel is arranged is approx. 450m away. Transportation is handle by electrical vehicles. In the hotel there is always someone ready to pick you up from there to the hotel. Overall it is worth of money to stay here.
