The room was okay, I just don’t like the fact that there was a construction by the pool and we were not informed before hand. The staff was very polite, welcoming and helpful. Their breakfast isn’t the best but they’ve got nice dishes on the menu to buy.

Hotel is nice with a very Balinese feel to it. The staff were very friendly and helped us by scooters. The member of staff who helped us check in was so friendly and nice she made our stay so pleasant!! The room was hot and the AC didn’t work very well; eventually we got a fan in the room and that helped!

Facilities: Very average, the water for showering is sometimes loud and sometimes soft, and it feels like the water will be cut off after a while. The toilet lid is even more outrageous. When you sit on the toilet seat, the lid will fall off, and you have to hold it. . . There are a lot of green plants around the house, but the insect repellent is not good. There are ants and mosquitoes in the room. Environment: The room I stayed in has a pool view. The small courtyard is quite beautiful, but the room faces the street and the hotel lobby, and the sound insulation is very poor. It was noisy until more than one o'clock in the evening, and it started to be lively again at about six o'clock in the morning. Anyway, I couldn't sleep well. Service: Very very dissatisfied. I came first for breakfast and ordered a fruit salad, tea, and fried egg. It will take a few minutes for the check and salad to be served first. About 10 minutes after I sat down, a family of four white people came. Their meals were served in three minutes, including fried eggs, bread, fruits, etc. I waited for 20 minutes and asked the male receptionist how long it would take. He said 2 minutes. After another 5 minutes, I came again to ask why it was so slow. Does it take half an hour to fry an egg? They are all eggs. Why did the table next to me come later than me and serve so quickly? Shouldn't they be served in order? Here comes the funny part. They said they just bought the eggs from the supermarket next door, so it took a while! **** answered the question irrelevantly and made up a lot of nonsense. I rolled my eyes and told them to serve white people first and don't even think about getting a tip! You don't deserve it. I left after staying for one night. I chose this place because I was meeting with friends. And my friends waited for more than half an hour for breakfast. It was intentional. I will block you forever!

The environment is very rainforest-like, with lush vegetation. The staff is very friendly and will help drive away insects in advance. The room is large and the bathroom is semi-open-air. It happened that there was a storm outside while I was taking a shower one day. It was a great feeling. There is a restaurant in front of the villa and the breakfast is delicious.

It's pretty good. Although the insects and birds outside are a bit noisy in the morning, the environment is pretty good. I highly recommend it.

We booked a garden view deluxe suite, which is the room in the picture and can see the rice fields. It is the most expensive room type in this hotel, but the front desk said that this is the room we booked. Although it seems to be a villa suite, there are other rooms upstairs. I don’t know if there are any guests in a room, that is, I have to share the living room with other people. The door lock in the courtyard cannot be locked. After booking for one night and checking with the front desk, it still said that this is the room type we booked, but the price of this room type is higher than what I booked. It was cheap, but the language communication was not very convenient, so I gave up the struggle. Fortunately, I only stayed for one night! The toilet environment is really bad 🙂↕️😡🤬! ! ! ! ! ! ! Never book this hotel...because the room and reality are not ideal

Because the house is in the woods, the ecological environment is better, so there are more bugs. But the swimming pool water is too dirty. We didn't go in the water for 2 days. We were originally planning to enjoy the private swimming pool.

Convenient in Ubud area. Several large villas. The price is well worth it. The reception staff are very nice, but there are a lot of mosquitoes and ants. But we stayed there for a few minutes, so we completely accepted the welcome drinks and fruits!  

We booked the innermost villa with free breakfast. The swimming pool is large and comfortable, but the innermost one has to be walked for 3 minutes. You can order food delivery, which is very convenient.

The hotel is in a very good location, in a quiet area in a busy city. It is very convenient to eat and drink nearby. It is only a few kilometers to Ubud Palace. However, the bathroom decoration is a bit old, the toilet is very old and drains slowly. The overall cost performance is very high.
