Vila Shanti Beach Front Hotel Sanur Reviews

Customer Services was shocking spoilt our holiday as accepted the booking with no availability Four months in advance put us in shocking room for 24 hours then wanted us to wait for people to check out at 6pm so wasted  48 hours of my holiday. The mould in the new room was shocking but above all the attitude of the staff was aggressive, condescending and rude would not recommend it stay ever again

Great location. Not too big. Really nice staff, especially at the restaurant. Pool is clean. Massage available at beachside entrance. Staying there again = 3rd time

Location is excellent it is along main shopping and food street. The rear where pool and dining are just at the Sanur beachfront, 300m away is the new mall ICON BALI. Old and basic design for a resort hotel. Room is dim and bathroom is basic it doesn’t event have hooks for hanging cloth and bags. Breakfast spread is very poor considering the price of the room.

Beautiful Balinese style accommodation. Perfect location, breakfast not great but plenty of other options on the doorstep. Great service, clean, lovely staff. I'll definitely stay again.

The room was clean and nice except the amenities were outdated. The bed was comfortable but quite squeaky. I like the room design and the cool surrounding, especially it is just by the beach. They offered a good breakfast as well.

Staff are friendly and helpful. foodie the breakfast ..just ok.mOptions a bit limited. Service good. Easy and comfortable place to stay. Kinda loved the pool area.

Good for what you pay for. This is a very old school Balinese hotel. Only comment would be that breakfast cutlery at breakfast is in plastic. Why? Not great for the environment.

The staff at Vila Shanti were all very helpful and friendly. The room was simple but clean, the bed quite firm but comfortable enough. I requested softer pillows and they supplied them for me. They could do with having some extra things in the room like a bottle opener, safes and bins with lids in the bathrooms. They could also do with more loungers around the pool, although the shape of the pool area makes this a bit difficult to accomplish. People 'saving' their loungers for hours at a time was also quite frustrating and so the pool attendant should be monitoring this I feel. Aside from these minor things, the location is amazing, right in the middle of Sanur and right on the beach. The view of Mount Agung is breath taking. Overall, I am very happy with the value and service.

Directly on the beach, central location but quiet hotel, breakfast buffet with a good selection.

Excellent hotel, very tasty breakfasts, good location, but I would advise cleaning the beach of algae.

The location of the hotel is okay, close to the beach, but the facilities are old, really old
