Impressive hotel next to the lake. While we booked a mountain view room, we were lucky to get a corner room which we could see the lake from the balcony. Service was good. The hotel has a huge and nice bookstore/cafe, and even a bowling facility.

It was good and clean. I like it so much, the room was spacious and the staff were friendly and helpful. Will visit if I travel there again

I searched with include breakfast but not applied as the option. The lounge policy was not possible to use with the reservation.

A room was very cozy and clean. and I needed phone charger which was able to get at the front dest. the book store on the 1st floor was so good at muffin and coffee A big tree on the lobby was very beautiful!

It was the most satisfying place I stayed in Korea. There was a beautiful lake view and a really delicious restaurant, so there was nothing lacking. The staffs were very kind and friendly too. I will definitely stop by again when I go to Korea.

The room is very big and spacious. Lake is beautiful view, and service is excellent. Getting a taxi was so easy as they will reserve a taxi for you to the airport. HIGHLY recommended.

Excellent hotel, great views, you can chose mountain or lake view. Staff are polite and professional. It is extremely clean everywhere you go. Amazing for families with small kids. You have a kid cafe.

The room was very relaxing and warm over the winter. Perfect stay for a family.

The hotel is excellent. Large, comfortable room, very clean and organized. The view of the lake is beautiful and the room service is fast. The pools are clean, large and suitable for people of all ages. The gym is very well equipped and you can practically carry out your training routine without missing any equipment. The restaurants are great and serve Western meals. Large and free parking. All employees served us with care and promptness. We intend to return soon!

I could see cherry blossoms from the lake view. The comfortable beds, double beds, and single beds were enough for a family of three, and extra bedding for infants was provided free of charge.

For a 5-star hotel, it was disappointing that outsiders could go up to the guest rooms. There was no convenience store (the hotel's own convenience store closed early). However, the staff were friendly and that was nice. I thought they would help me carry my luggage, but that wasn't the case. Haha. The view was nice and the walking trail was great!!! I would 100% visit again.

The timing of our visit was perfect, as the cherry blossoms were in full bloom. The cherry blossoms around the hotel were in full bloom, and the evening walks were also wonderful. However, it is difficult to get from the hotel to the area with restaurants without a car. The only disappointment was that when we returned from breakfast, the door to our room was wide open. We had put on the "Don't disturb" sign when we left, but we couldn't understand even that basic English sign, and we were filled with fear and distrust, wondering if they were cleaning without us noticing. We recommend not leaving valuables behind when you leave your room.
