Beautiful seafront property with the most breath taking views from our villa. We woke up to an amazing ocean view every day. Service was fantastic and food was delicious. Only down side to this property is location is quite remote and generally you can see the age in the furniture etc. The access to Sundays beach club was a nice perk!

Location is quite secluded, not much amenities near the resort and the road up is narrow and windy. But the view from the resort is breathtaking. We booked the ocean view villa and it has the best view of the ocean and the beach. The villa is clean with huge toilet, walk in wardrobe, tub and outdoor shower.. Service is excellent as well.

Very comfortable resort, the villa public area has a great view. The high and low tides on Sundays below the hotel are very unique. The privacy is also very good. The hotel staff has a warm smile. There was a lawn wedding on the day of check-in, and it feels like a good place.

It can satisfy all your fantasies about Bali Cliff Hotel. The 1,500-square-meter villa is perfect for a large family. The housekeeper is also very considerate and helps you arrange everything.

The room is a bit old, but the decoration style is very classic The housekeeper is very caring, but whatsapp is needed to communicate, it is recommended to download it in advance The highlight of the hotel is the private beach, which is very famous. It’s very convenient for guests to have priority. They don’t want to go anywhere when they lie down. The food is delicious, the price is slightly more expensive than other places, but it is worth it

We're on our way to the airport after a 4 night stay at the Ungasan. Such a beautiful hotel with unbeatable views. Our room was lovely and spacious and we loved the outdoor shower. Our Butler Eka and his team were fabulous, taking care of our every need. Sundays Beach Club was beautiful, great service and so relaxing. If you're looking for relaxation, this is the place to be and so nice that entrance is included in your stay. You could tell it is very popular with day guests. We have been to Bali a few dozen times but have never stayed in Uluwatu before. There is some great shopping, a multitude of restaurants, bars and spas all within about 20 minutes of the hotel. Our top tip is to hire a scooter at 200 000 a day, which makes it super easy to get around. We will be back!

We stayed two nights in the Ungasan Clifftop Resort and we couldn’t fault a thing. The hospitality is incredible and Darna, our attendant, was attentive and would go above and beyond to ensure our stay was special and met every request. The location of the hotel perfect and the complementary access to Sunday’s Beach Club was great. Had their of been the availability, we would’ve extended our stay.

Stayed as a couple and can enjoy the villa (mostly) to ourselves. The nightly rate is expensive for Bali, but it is worthwhile for a couple of nights. Thank you to Arya and his team for exceptional in villa service, they helped us with sun cream and even provide a blanket for us to watch movie in cinema room.

My fiancé and I had the most AMAZING experience - from the scenery to the friendly staff, everything was beyond perfect. The events team, specifically Dera and Kylie were heavily involved in helping my Fiancé arrange our proposal and I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day. Our primary butlers Eka and Nara were outstanding and went above and beyond to ensure our experience was memorable. The food was phenomenal - spoilt for choice to eat at a couple of the restaurants or even in your villa if you didn’t feel like leaving the room. They also offer a wide range of activities (some at a cost) like massages, yoga on the beach and paddle boarding which we really enjoyed. To all the staff at The Ungasan, thank you for your hospitality and being apart of our magical weekend!

Arya’s service was incredible. He was so attentive and he was always accomodating anything that we needed. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt very comfortable and looked after with him! Thank you so much Surya! We loved our stay because of you.

This was one of the best experiences I've ever had at a resort. I loved the privacy of the villas from one another but also being able to have the amenities of the restaurant and beach club so close by. The views were insanely gorgeous. The people here are unmatched. They were very attentive and personable. I communicated for months prior to arrival with the Guest Experience Manger, Kylie, and she always answered my questions and did everything to make sure that everything was perfect upon our arrival. Planning this 50th birthday trip for 8 was the easiest ever with her help. They also made our outside dinner reservations for us nightly in advance. I spent my actual birthday at Sundays Beach Club on property and the day was just magical. I believe her name was Deesak, but her and the staff there made this a day I would never forget. The beach house is totally worth the cost. None of our needs were unmet. We had massages on the beach, delicious food and ended the night with a beautiful bonfire. The day could not have been any better. Finally, a huge standing ovation for our Butlers in Villa Nora - Nara, Arya, and Wis. They anticipated our every need. They made this vacation the most luxurious stay ever - and not because of the cost - but because they genuinely cared that we enjoyed everything that was available to us. They made sure that we left rejuvenated and refreshed. I can't say enough about this resort, the people, and every unique experience it provided me and my friends. I cannot wait to return!

My experience at Ungasan Clifftop Resort in Uluwatu in August 2024 was simply fantastic. We felt right at home in the villa, where every detail was taken care of to make us feel super pampered and cared for. The spaces were beautiful and impeccably clean, creating an atmosphere of luxury and relaxation. The pool was a true dream, a little slice of paradise where we spent hours swimming and sunbathing. The spa was exceptional as well, with relaxing treatments that perfectly complemented our stay. We can't wait to return to this piece of paradise! I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a dream getaway in Bali.
