Very nice interior design, super clean room and comfy bed, yummy breakfast, excellent service, peaceful and beautiful environment, amazing dinner at Akasa, the spa was also amazing, it was a perfect stay! The location is further away from the main tourist area so it may not be ideal considering the traffic situation in Bali, but it’s super private and peaceful.

We stayed only two nights , amazing experience, new and clean rooms, in room swimming pool good enough to swim ( even for adults). Beautiful views, we planning to back next time and stay longer . Food delicious, nice beach for swimming and surfing…

Their have a kids club and having different activities everyday and our kids so happy and enjoy Hotel have a great restaurant with good vibes and excellent sea view and I think this restaurant is a local favourable restaurant , many guest come and having dinner Excellent staying experience and looking forward for next bail trip

The interior of the resort is beautiful and elegant. I really love the room’s design, colors and it is so spacious. All furniture fit perfectly, love the hidden tea/coffee making corner. However, we had issue with water heater, bed side lamp and the smoke detector, surprised that we don’t get offer to change our room, it is a bit annoyed because we have to wait. Thank goodness that the smoke detector only activated the alarm during our room tour and check out, at least it didn’t spoiled our Sunday morning. I guess Thailand hospitality would react differently in such situations. To be fair, staffs are very friendly, polite and attentive. Food is amazingly great at both Segaran and Akasa. As overall, we really had a great time and wish to be back very soon.

They are separated by a wall, one is in heaven and the other is underground. Once you leave the hotel, you will see a large rural environment. Bali is only suitable for hotel vacations. There are small shops with style on the street, but the entire road infrastructure is so poor that it is not even as good as a county town in China. But the hotel is really beautiful with a perfect score. When you enter the hotel area, the road will become super wide and clean. I came in the rainy season. When the weather is clear, the whole hotel feels like a glowing palace. The overall style is a mix of Middle Eastern style + Bali local style, blue and white tones, which is really beautiful and has a holiday flavor. The breakfast selection is also very rich, and the cliff restaurant for dinner also has good views and taste. (It's not amazing, just normal Western food.) Why is the sanitation rated four stars? Because there are bugs running in. Because the house is all small, it is easy for bugs to get in on rainy days. After reporting to the hotel, they quickly took measures to kill the bugs in the garden, but there is no way that the bugs will run around more after you kill them, and they will find gaps to get into the room. This may be the only drawback, but the necessary cleaning is still in place. The service attitude and speed response are quite fast. At that time, we rented a car by ourselves and drove back to the hotel. The gate suddenly closed and hit our car. The senior manager of the hotel immediately handled the matter for us and arranged the itinerary properly. It did not cause us any trouble, and our itinerary for the next few days was also smooth. I really think that fast response speed and timely problem solving are too important. This reflects the advantages of a five-star luxury hotel. In short, although the process was ups and downs, it was a very satisfactory trip in the end. I highly recommend friends who want to go to Bali for a vacation and stay in the hotel for a few days to go out.

The hotel is very beautiful, the white palace lobby is very photogenic, and the waves on the beach are very suitable for surfing experts to experience. The green vegetation in the villa is very lush, and the private swimming pool is wide enough.

The room rate is indeed quite reasonable, the room is big enough, new enough, and the bedding is good, but the toothbrush can make people bleed. Can't they do some quality control? There are a lot of flying insects in the sewer (Figure 1). There are at least 5 in the room. I kill them every day, and there are still some every day. The yard and the road outside are full of those disgusting 🐛 (Figure 2), and a few of them crawled into the house. However, the service is very good. The shuttle bus will come quickly wherever you go, and the waiters you meet along the way are very friendly. Complain about akasa. The first time we went, they said we were not formal enough. The second time we went, we wore socks and pants, but it was still not okay. They said we were wearing crocs shoes, but we only had these shoes. What should we do? We bought new shoes, and then bought two pairs of slippers at the hotel, which cost more than 900 yuan per person (the third picture is the shoes we bought in the hotel). After entering, I found that there were many people wearing slippers and suspenders, and there were also many people who didn't wear socks. I can't understand why crocs was rejected! The hotel is far away, and you have to take a taxi to go anywhere. The nearest area is the sidewalk, which takes at least 30 minutes. It is very bumpy and congested along the way! But the hotel security is very good, and every time you take a taxi to enter, they check it carefully.
