Perfect two nights. Everyone was so friendly and nice. Room was perfect with a great river view. Loved this place. Definitely coming back!!

Excellent location. All branded shoppings & fine dinings are within walking distance. Hotel staff are extremely friendly & helpful. l would rate their service better than those from Park Hyatt Melbourne. Only complaint was the poor sound proof. l can hear noices from neighbouring room clearly. This is a let down that the hotel gotta look into it.

Great hotel. Good location to travel anywhere. Hotel restaurant is good. Many varieties for hotel breakfast. Easy access to outside street food too.

Prime location at the city and cozy stay. Staff are helpful while it may get a bit messy if you are with a car.

Good Location right in the heart of Melbourne Lots of good food places around Room was quite nice, some might find it a bit dated though

A nice cosy hotel in city center. They serve good breakfast! The room is super comfortable and big. The scenery from room is mainly other surrounding buildings. Parking is easy if you opt for valet. But very expensive AUD90 per day (24hrs).

Grand Hyatt Melbourne has a perfect location so that I could access to tram very easily. I will also recommend to my friends and colleagues later.
