+ spacious room, clean and comfy bed and live the pillows
+ at least 5 pools . Great place for family with small kids
+ staff are great and helpful and allow us to check out later than noon
- check in was delayed a bit despite us turning up after 3pm
- shower head need to be replaced urgently (room 2722)
- breakfast was ok but some tables including ours didn’t get our coffee until we finish breakfast and about to leave. Staff coordination was look a bit haywire yesterday morning 😅

Rooms linen ,towel very old pillow have smells. Many bed bug I think the cleanliness need to improve.
Hotel breakfast was ok , reception not very helpful!
Housekeeping is good!
Management need spare the budget for pillow and quilt changing.

My request for contour pillows was rejected for 2/3 nights. The given pillows in the rooms were all too soft and smelled of chemical sprays. Swimming pool steps were not scrubbed, and obvious stains were spotted far away. No shuttle service was provided to Jimbaran Beach. These amenities are essential to feel like a five-star hotel.

Resort was good however service was very poor. Asked for a coffee at breakfast from staff and no one bothered to get it for me despite so many staff lurking around (and to mention it was not busy) Not impressed!!
Asked for fresh milk for my son but was given a small cup of milk instead, which was disappointing. Let the front staff at reception know all they said was ‘we’ll take on your feedback’.
Not worth value for money. Nearly $800 for 2 nights. Many other resorts and hotels in Bali that have much better service for that price. Will not be staying again.

Overall a great experience for our kids. Definitely one of the best or the best kids friendly hotel in Indonesia. Our boys love the swimming pool and play area, they were playing for hours and never get bored. The chocolate hour was amazing for our kids, they love it so much. I think the hotel really tried to think about the kids. Location wise was not ideal, wish there was a real beach but we are happy. For us adults we could go to Locca Sea House to enjoy some lunch and enjoy the beautiful view of the ocean at the cliff. We love the Movenpick, and would love to come again with our boys before they become teens. Thank you.

Resort was great but breakfast option for vegetarian is like not much at all. After having a talk with staff still not much of outcome.
