The staff are friendly and profesional, the view is nice, the floor room is greasy,they give welcome fruit but the bathroom is lack of amenity such as slipper. the breakfast so limited but the taste is nice.

Everything is very good, the service is very friendly from the moment you arrive until you leave, you are always greeted with a smile, the food is also very delicious.

Maybe the best hotel in Baturiti (near Bedugul tourist attraction). Remarkable scenic view, big pool and many nature activities. Just one setback, when we arrived the inclinator is out of service, so we have to use stair going down to my room. They have 2 inclinator, both out of service.

This hotel is a perfect escape in the middle of nature. Surrounded by green hills and fresh air, it offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and have amazing views. The staff is friendly and helpful

Excellent stay, nice food and interesting hotel layout..Room is clean & just 20min to Handara Golf & Resort by car. Good alternative if you don't want to stay at Handara Golf resort as the rooms there have no aircon 😆

overall, good hotel! would recommend staying here, but do check-in early (if possible) as the surroundings of the hotel are great and they offer a lot of activities (not complimentary). need more manpower for the breakfast restaurant tho.. my bao (chinese bun) was not properly steamed and was not hot.

The hotel was great, awesome view and good food. The onlu turned off was my late check out privilege was rejected although it mentioned clearly in the booking and also i knew that they still selling the same room type online

Terrific! It’s a pity that we haven’t found such a hotel by the sea/ocean, for we could swim not only in the swimming pool but also in the sea. It would be great if this hotel had a swimming pool with warm water because in the morning it’s quite chilly. Everything was super: staff, cleanliness, food, territory.

A wonderful hotel with a warm and welcoming team! All the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The cleanliness throughout the property was outstanding, and the location is absolutely beautiful. While overall we had a great stay, there is some room for improvement when it comes to the amenities. Looking forward to seeing how they enhance the guest experience in the future
