Bad and durty room, no towel, furniture broken, moisture and mouldy, no recommended. Impossible to give my money back. Keep your money and go away.

Great hotel room, was definitely needed after staying in hostels for a few weeks! Easy enough to get a grab to the main Uluwatu beaches and the man on reception is very nice he will do a lot for you

It was a pathetic hotel, terrible reception staff, the guy was very rude and didn't speak English. The trash in the bathroom was not cleaned after the guests left. The smell is terrible in the whole room, especially in the bathroom! The towels were dirty. There were no detergents, not even a bar of soap. The toilet paper also seemed to be washed in the mud. I went to the reception and wanted to change the room, as I expected it to be cleaner and not smell so bad. I saw that they have smaller and cheaper rooms. However, while the guy was rude to me and translated for 30 minutes, the rooms were already sold out. And thank God that I didn't have to stay in this nonsense.

The tap didn't work. The hygiene of the room was not good, but you do get a very large room for a cheap price. At least the bed was clean, but what was annoying is that Grab does not recognize the location of the hotel. In addition, I was not alone in the hotel room (see photo)

For those who are planning to book: I do not recommend!! I booked a hotel for the whole holiday because of the pool, which is in all the photos. On the second day it turned out that the POOL HAS BEEN GONE FOR A LONG TIME!!! This was the only reason for choosing this hotel. After addressing this issue to the administrator, I raised the question of compensation for the percentage of payment. I have been ignored for 10 days now, his manager specifically does not read my message on WhatsApp - I understand that no one wants to pay and lose money, but this is a bestial attitude towards guests. At the moment, the administrator runs away (literally runs away from me when he sees me) and ignores me, without even saying hello. Service at its best! Additional cons: 1. Throughout the entire vacation, the room was never cleaned (the ocean is nearby with beaches, sand gets into the room in any case) 2. There are no towels or paper upon check-in I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to come on a quality holiday and forget about ALL worries.
