Overall does not worth the price and need a lot of improvements. Positives: -Private pool -Size of the garden and room -Peaceful environment Negatives: -Cleanliness is not great, especially the bath tub -Breakfast is incredibly poor for the price, and they asked additional fees for a floating breakfast as the included breakfast is only at the restaurant. -No phone in the room, need to communicate through WhatsApp which is not a problem but replies are sometimes late. -They did not serve to the room when we need something. In our case we asked for water but they required us to walk to the reception at night and our room was one of the farthest one. -Location was ok for us as we have motorbike, but can be a problem if traveling without a car/motorbike. -Pool was small. It’s not for swimming but for freshening up

Magnificent hotel surrounded by nature, just if you fear critters opt for another hotel because there are a lot of lizards that come into the rooms

A very peaceful environment, all the waiters are nice, the Wi-Fi is good, but the water pressure in the shower is very bad, it would be great if it can be improved.

There are many villas, we lived in two, both are old, the pool is dirty. And when booking on trip.com, you can choose only one option for a double villa, but you will be automatically accommodated in any available one that does not match the photos on the website. They asked to replace the villa, they replaced it without any problems, but it also did not match the photographs. The only plus of the hotel is the staff.

There are a lot of bugs, wild cats, frogs in the hotel, and there are also big crickets in the room, which is frightening all night

很有特色的酒店，但是可能我和朋友們不太適應吧，早餐很一般，服務蠻不錯的，酒店旁邊離超市挺近，還是算比較方便。

This is an amazing place to stay. We had a 2 bedroom villa with private pool and it was simply idyllic, so spacious and clean. The outdoor kitchen and lounge area are super for relaxing, it is such a peaceful place to be. Just be aware there is a lot of plants and trees so would recommend wearing mosquito spray if sat out later on, they do supply an anti bug coil for room and outside if required which seems to do the trick. All the staff are great and provide a first class service, a special thank you to Madi. It was my birthday and the staff made me a pancake birthday cake - brought it to our villa and sang - see photo, so lovely of them. We went to Ubud on the courtesy bus and got a taxi back easily for £5, it is about 20 minutes. We also had a private tour for the day, went to waterfalls, coffee plantation etc which was very good and cheap. There is a small supermarket very near the Villa to pick up some snacks and drinks but we also enjoyed eating in the restaurant. It is not that easy to walk out much from the villa as it is a small Bali village with quite busy roads but don’t let this put you off. We stayed for 3 nights and wish we had done 1 or 2 more. It is a unique and special place which is well worth the visit.

We recently spent 6 nights at Ubud Raya Resort and loved every moment. The 2-bedroom villa was comfortable and well-maintained, with a standout outdoor living area—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the tropical vibe. The private pool was a great size for cooling off after exploring, and the overall layout encouraged rest and unwinding. Breakfast was just as expected: always something tasty to start the day, with options to order extra dishes from the menu at a small additional cost. We also had a dinner onsite one evening, and it was genuinely delicious. What made the stay truly memorable was the incredible staff. Friendly, attentive, and willing to go above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Their warmth and hospitality really made us feel at home. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a chilled-out retreat in Ubud with great service and a lovely villa setup.

Please stay away from this property as it's very dated and very old. Even the management is very rude to deal with. I booked this through Agoda and the photos are so differrnt to what it actually is. It's more of a motel than hotel, so make your decision carefully. I will not recommend this property.

The stay here was the calmest I have ever felt. This property is amazing and has great views. Staff is also very supportive and friendly. Definitely book this without any second thoughts. This is the best play is you want to get a calm, relaxing vacation.

Comfy large room with air conditioning. We stayed in room 5 and everything was nice and clean. The private pool was relaxing. We will be back again. Food in the restaurant was delicious aswel. Good distance from Ubud town so it was easy to get a taxi to and from. Highly recommend staying here

Comfortable stay with nice facilities. Staff are so very helpful and friendly. A nice text message service for all daily requests, these are also met promptly. Food is good, it will be even better when the full menu is up and running. The staff will make breakfast to your request if you’d like it adjusted. The place is serene and idyllic, a little taxi ride away from the centre. It’s great if you’d like to stay outside of the busy centre of Ubud. Lots to do and experience in Ubud and surrounding areas. The staff was very good & helping nature very good villas to stay and situated near to city centre everything was on point. The room was very good if you’re planning for ubud try once the villa give you pure natural vibes to see Indonesian culture

Great villa and absolutely wonderful staff who are very keen and attentive. They are so sweet and so obliging and very diligent. The travel from the airport was advised as 70 minutes, even Google maps had about an hour, but in reality the traffic was horrendous and it took over 2 hours. Also this heavy traffic meant that the 25 min trip into Ubud actually took about an hour each way, apparently in the middle of the night it would be just 15 minutes, so the rest of the time is just traffic!!!! Also the wi-fi is very weak, just one bar for most of the time. We tried watching a movie and it crashed 5-6 times, so became quite frustrating. The food in the restaurant, (breakfast included) is very ordinary compared to what is available very affordably in Ubud. The local cafe, Story Cafe, only takes cash which is not apparent for what looks like a sophisticated place.
