The hygiene is average. I saw geckos. The environment is very good. The service is satisfactory. They helped me to bring my luggage to the room. The location is average, but it is convenient for going to Penida Island. It is specially designed for convenience so that I don't have to get up early in the morning.

The service is pretty good, but I deducted some points for the mosquitos. The spa inside is good, you can jump into the swimming pool when you open the door of the room, and there is free coffee and juice to drink. It's really hard to find at the door, hahaha

The bathroom will smell if it is not ventilated for a long time, and the air conditioner must be turned on to make it better. The location is close to the main road, and the sound insulation is poor. You can always hear the sound of vehicles passing by. The dining options nearby are relatively limited, and you basically have to take a taxi to go out, but the hotel provides free airport pick-up and drop-off service, which is a plus~ The overall service is very good, very enthusiastic, the breakfast is also delicious, and they also treated us to free afternoon tea😆

The hotel is very nice, the space is large, and the decoration is very unique (very nice), but the sound insulation is not good, it will be noisy at night, only breakfast is served, and there are a few ants (due to the relatively open nature of the room)

The service was very good and the breakfast was rich. The front desk was very helpful, but the room we stayed in faced the street and it was very noisy. The vehicles were honking and accelerating. We had to walk a long way to find a good hotel.
