Good location with lots of eateries, massage places and 2 malls, Discovery and Lippo. Room is dated and damp. Breakfast choices are limited and uninspiring.

Beautiful hotel with nice big rooms. Location is perfect between Lippo Mall & Discovery Mall with many eateries outside the hotel. The room is very quiet even though the hotel is on the main road. There is a beachwalk behind Discovery Mall that you can do a romantic walk in the late evening with beautiful sunset. The breakfast service from the 2 ladies during our stays was such a delight. Their smile when they greeted you in the morning just brightened up my day. Breakfast was many varieties but just so so, hot foods could've been better. Overall we love our stays at Rani hotel & spa for it location & service.

The room is not really clean, a bit greasy… Bath tub drainage is a bit stuck…. But I like the location alot, keep me safe for reaching airport on time

The location was great, with malls, convenience stores, and currency exchanges nearby, and the staff were very kind. The room was cleaned thoroughly every time we stayed there, and bottled water was provided. I was very satisfied with the service, which was more than worth the price.

Chang 39 is a very convenient hotel. There is a large shopping mall next door, which is very convenient for eating, shopping and withdrawing money. There is a Starbucks nearby. The hotel is also very clean, the room is large, and the air conditioning is powerful.

If you were to rate a hotel as new or old, it would be rated as old. However, it is within walking distance of the airport and Lippo Mall, and there are many currency exchange offices and convenience stores in the area, so it is very convenient. Although it is in Kuta, it is located in a relatively quiet area. The breakfast was buffet style and very delicious. The nearest beach seems to be through Discovery Mall, but it is about 10 minutes walk away and seems quite far away. Overall, it was a good value hotel, and I would visit again.
