Everything was amazing from the moment we arrived into check-out. The staff are super friendly and helpful. We stayed at a luxury room on L/floor. In front of our balcony was an exclusive swimming pool. The sunset at the Beach Bar was stunning.

The hotel is quite remote, far from Ubud, surrounded by farmland and forests, and there is no other business around. There are four free shuttles to and from Ubud a day, and the last one is at 5 o'clock. You need to take a taxi to come back at night.
Meals: Breakfast is semi-buffet, and I personally don't think it's very good.
Rooms: The rooms are very small and cramped.
Hygiene: The pillow smells of sweat, which is definitely not mine.
If you are traveling to Ubud, it is recommended not to come to this hotel. It is very inconvenient. It takes 1 hour to take a taxi to the terraced fields and the Holy Spring Temple. The scenery around the hotel can be found everywhere in Ubud, just facing the ravine. The swimming pool is just so-so, it looks good in photos, and many hotels in Ubud also have similar swimming pools.
In short, there is really no need to choose this hotel when traveling to Ubud.

The cliff internet celebrity hotel is remote and inconvenient to transport. The cliff is beautiful but not practical. You can feed monkeys in the room during the day and mosquitoes at night. The restaurant is really delicious, and I also watched the dance drama invited by Uluwatu Temple. It's a good experience for one night, of course the price is far higher than the general local hotel pricing.
Nice hotel and nice pool but I was expecting a very nice spa. Alila is well known for it and this one was a bit disappointing. The massage was good but the place not that great, a random hotel room instead of a nice dedicated spa.. out of that all good. Maybe a bit noisy, the insulation is not very great window could be renovated
