"The hotel faces the sea. Very cute. Well-thought-out design. Everywhere you can see signs stating that environmentally friendly materials were used in its construction. The rooms are small, but very cozy and clean. There are hammocks at the entrance to the rooms. Everything is made with love. Friendly and helpful staff. There are several shops, a spa and even an Italian restaurant nearby. We regret that we spent only one night here."

"The hotel is located on the seashore in a bay with a magnificent view. The beach is uncrowded, perfect for a secluded, relaxing getaway. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes along the coast. The food is delicious. Breakfast was included in the price—several kinds of omelettes, fruit, and coffee or tea—very tasty. The water is clean and sandy; snorkeling is something you'd have to go elsewhere. You can rent a bike at the hotel; we rented one almost every day and went to neighboring beaches and El Nido. We really enjoyed it, and it was affordable. The owner was very attentive and caring, and he recommended the best places to go and see! The only downside was the mosquito bites on the beach; the bites swelled and itched terribly, and repellents didn't help. Otherwise, everything was great. We also booked an excursion and a taxi to the airport through the owner. He can accommodate any whim! We ordered local fish and squid, and he brought everything for us and grilled it right there on the spot. It was delicious!"

Nacpan Beach Villas Managed by H Hospitality Group

There aren't many Chinese reviews for this hotel, and I found very few tips on social media too. Most guides for Nacpan Beach suggest just visiting for the day, so not many people actually stay overnight here. I wouldn't say I 'recommend' it, but it's definitely an experience to stay on a beach in such an underdeveloped area. The sand and water quality are pretty average, so don't set your expectations too high. The main highlight of this hotel is the turtle release program, which was a novel experience for us. We were lucky enough to catch a release on our second night! So, if seeing baby turtles is your main goal for staying here, I'd suggest booking a few extra nights. The internet here isn't great. The area outside the hotel is extremely rural, so I wouldn't recommend venturing out at night – there are no streetlights. There are a few local restaurants at the other end of the beach; the prices and food are decent. Definitely don't compare the value for money here to island hotels in Thailand or Malaysia, after all, this is the Philippines. Remember to book the shuttle service in advance, as there are limited spots. As for facilities, I feel like the hotel is doing its best. Water is a real scarcity here, and the shower pressure is very low.

My stay at El Nido Resorts Lagen Island was nothing short of extraordinary. The staff's warmth and genuine hospitality were exceptional; they always wore smiles and went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. From assisting with ferry bookings to surprising me on my birthday with a beautifully decorated bed and a delightful cake, their thoughtfulness was truly heartwarming. Special thanks to Carell, Jojo, Harnie, John, and Arvin for their outstanding support. The resort's happy vibe upon arrival sets the tone, and you leave with a smile, longing for more. The complimentary tours, seamlessly integrated into the package, were made exceptional by the supportive guides, creating a private and well-timed experience. Opting for the overwater bungalow was a unique and enchanting experience, adding to the paradise that is El Nido Lagen Island. The buffet-style meals offered three times a day were a culinary delight. I wholeheartedly recommend El Nido Resorts Lagen Island for an unforgettable and highly recommended getaway. Thank you for an exceptional stay!

This room was a nice treat, the room was massive! I love the Japanese inspired design and the smart toilet. The hotel is quiet and very close to the Lio beach front with cafes and restaurants (2min walk). It’s a nice beach too, to watch planes take off from the nearby El Nido airport. The hotel offers a free loan of electric bikes which was fun to explore the surroundings. I spotted monkeys outside the accommodation too! They offer a free shuttle every hour to El Nido town which is helpful if you have a tour, are going to the port, or just want to explore. Ron, the driver, is nice and helpful. The service really is the best part of the experience. Every single hotel worker and cleaning staff greeted us with smiles and welcomes, and went out of their way to look after their guests, particularly the reception staff Marv, Par, Rich, and Dan. Marv gave us local recommendations.

AUG 2025- BEAUTIFUL weather to celebrate 50th Birthday in Paradise. Top-notch hospitality, warmth, and exceptional service!! I am long overdue in sharing my review, but I am excited to share my experience. My husband booked Seda Lio for my 50th birthday celebration. From the moment they picked us up from the airport in a golf buggy , which my boys loved, to the front desk, where we were greeted with drinks and a wonderful welcome, we knew we were in for a exceptional time. The service was unparalleled, led by Miggy, Devine, and their team. They upgraded us to a beautiful and spacious suite, closest to the beach. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and I must mention the delicious Taho and exceptional service provided by Jason and his team (forgot to mention the lady that served our table across the main door who was equally exceptional as well ). I received birthday cake greetings twice during breakfast, courtesy of Jason who made sure I blew my cake before we went for Island hopping, and again during dinner. Kuya Eddie was remarkable, making us feel safe during our island adventure and taking my sons snorkeling. And made my sons coconut palm hat. Seda Lio exceeded my expectations, making my 50th birthday celebration truly unforgettable. Thank you, and I cant wait to return to paradise.. 5 ⭐️

We stayed for a night at this hidden villa, and it felt like a true home away from home. The staff were incredibly kind and respectful, providing excellent service that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The food was a highlight—absolutely delicious, with a healthy breakfast offered in the morning. You can even request a floating breakfast, which added a special touch to the experience. While the villa is tucked away down a short gravel road, the peaceful and private setting made it worth the effort. The villa is kid-friendly, but families should be cautious around the tiled swimming pool area. There’s no TV, so if you’re traveling with children, make sure their devices are charged. Fortunately, the Wi-Fi is strong and reliable. Overall, it was a lovely, relaxing stay with amazing food and warm hospitality. We highly recommend this villa for a cozy and memorable getaway.

This place was absolute paradise. The beach is stunning with beautiful sunsets just around the corner. There are loads of beach bars and restaurants around and the beach is clean with clear waters. Many tourists travel here for the day and stay elsewhere so this place was perfect for those evenings in a bar or on the porch and looking at the sea. This place is right on the sea and listening to the waves while falling asleep was relaxing. The amenities were excellent and a lovely warm shower to wash away the sand. The only issue with this place was the service and lack of cleaning/ restocking. Sand is an inevitability and we lacked the necessary tools to clean the room so it got quite sandy after a couple of days and the cups from the welcome drinks were there for three days. We don’t require or expect daily cleaning but we stayed 5 nights and the room was made up once (not including bedding and towels). That being said, this place is amazing. There are few better locations and the calmness made for a perfect little break for us. Will definitely stay here again! Also a little bonus for dog lovers- there is a gorgeous little beach dog that chills on the porch and gets excited every time you come and go! He was super friendly, loving us and loved by all the guests!

This is a bit of a special place. The hotel is right at its own private beach. It‘s very isolated from everything else which can be nice if you don‘t want to leave the hotel at all. We wanted to go to the town some evenings and that is a bit of a challenge. You first have to take a golf car (which only runs until 10pm) and then change into a tricycle. The tricycles won‘t go directly to the hotel because the last bit of the road is too steep and winded. The other option is to walk along the beach for 20 minutes instead of using the golf car for the last bit, which we did a couple of times. It‘s not too dangerous but there are stray dogs. The food in the hotel restaurant was Italian and just ok, nothing amazing. The service was not great. Two women seem to know how to run a hotel but the rest of the staff were rather useless. They often seemed annoyed, even when we were just ordering food. We once asked about the zipline that is literally next door and they didn‘t know anything about it (price, time, how to get there). They organised a tour for us, which was great, but messed up the booking somehow so the tour guide thought we were only two people instead of four, which resulted in less food for lunch. And then they even charged us more for the tour. Our room was fine. Clean and no bugs. Yes, you can hear everything but we didn‘t mind that. The room was only made up on request though. The whole area is beautiful but there were a few things that annoyed us. So I wouldn‘t come back.

Marianne Suite is a great choice for travelers on a budget. The room was clean, simple, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It may not be fancy, but it’s well-maintained and worth the price. The staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in and our entire stay smooth and hassle-free. The location is also convenient, with easy access to nearby establishments and transportation. Overall, it’s a practical and affordable place to stay. Highly recommended for those looking for comfort without spending too much.

Small rooms, next to a party street. The size, service and even the location are not worth the money, to be honest. But at that moment there were no options, no choice. All the ports were closed, and the hotels were sold out and there was nowhere to go. We took it for one night.
