Merida Hotels with balcony

Service was the best of the best. Rooms are clean, neat, charming and spacious. Complimentary breakfast with tea, coffee and juice was offered. The owner went out of their way to provide all the information needed to make our stay pleasant in Merida.

Excellent service from the entire staff especially Sonia.   Highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful, charming hotel, a bit dated. Large rooms, good restaurants, and good room service. Underground parking with no elevator and a bad sewer smell.

The hotel was well-located and the staff were kind. Unfortunately, the shower drain was not properly installed and sewage gases would fill the whole hotel room. The hotel cleaners tried to mask the odour by liberally spraying a room deodorizer. The pool, although shallow, was perfect for cooling off.

Breakfast is different tomorrow, very rich. The location is also very good, just five minutes walk to the center of the square. Day trips can be booked directly at the hotel reception.

The room was lovely and big. Mirasol and Elizabeth were very kind and professional. Mirasol helped me with my bags and arranged a switch of my room when the hot water was not working. I was told it was working again in that room the next day. Great location. Make sure you request a room towards the back as I understand the rooms at the front can be noisy at night. Would recommend

Great hotel option right in the heart of Merida. This is an old house with lovely architectural style and character. The rooms are spacious, service is great, and the swimming pool is nice! The only detail is that I asked for some toothpaste and they didn't have (bring yours along), and I had to go out to get one (not far, plenty of convenience stores around). I recommend it 100%

Great location, rooms are clean and as advertised, space is charming in a n old building with high ceilings and wooden beams.

Close to the square dining and clothing area, there is an elevator, air conditioning, large bathroom water volume, breakfast but not much, the restaurant waiter is very good; Check in at 15:00, no luggage handling service, wifi signal, no paper, no body milk, average bed length, air conditioning/generator, etc. Noise, bottled water is provided on the first day of stay, and traffic control taxis cannot reach the hotel entrance on Sunday. But because Merida is my favorite city in Mexico so far, the rating is higher.

Hostel is ok but less place for socializing. Dorm is ok. There was no charger at my bed.
