This is my second stay in this hotel and it is just as I remembered. The staff are very friendly and go that little extra to make sure you are comfortable and to help as needed. At check in they give you a card with restaurant recommendations from places nearby. The girl at the front desk told me which were her favorites and recommended a few extra.
The rooms are spacious and clean. They have giant windows for natural light and plenty of space to move around. Bigger than your average euro-hotel room, for sure. The facilities are solid. The gym has a personal trainer if you wish to book a session - otherwise it's free to use, well laid out and well equipped.
The hotel is well located - right near the main square and a short walk from the railway station. There are penty of cafes, restaurants, shopping streets etc nearby. And plenty of bus route readily available if you wish to venture further - down to the beach for example.

Decent stay with a walking distance to old town Valencia. There is a good Korean BBQ and Chinese hotpot across the train tracks. Hotel reception is not 24 hours, so make sure you text them if you are arriving outside the operating hours. Room comes with kitchen amenities but no water provided.

Guest UserOn this trip, we stayed at three hotels in Valencia, and this one was our third. It was by far our favorite! Everything just clicked: the location, amenities, proximity to the City of Arts and Sciences, and bus stops nearby for easy access to the beach, plus a huge shopping center. We were checked into the 10th floor, which is where the pool is located. They let us check in two hours early without any fuss and even allowed us to check out at 2 PM. On top of that, the hotel held onto our bags until it was time for our flight. Excellent service! The rooms had wonderful bedding and spotless white towels, and housekeeping cleaned every day. We'll definitely be staying here again next time we're in Valencia.

Pianist with no handsThe 24hr reception greeted us during the check in. Thats was quick and we felt welcomed.
Two small lifts brings us to our apartment which is 350fts square. The king-size bed and the sofabed are well prepared, so we can take my own bed. The sofa bed is just as good as the fixed bed.
The bathroom is spacious. Water is hot with strong water pressure.
The restaurant downstairs the hotel provided a welcome non-alcoholic drink and hotel buffet breakfast. Besides ham, buns and cheese. We can also have special meals from the kitchen like a dish of avocado, Salmon, scramble eggs with a toast. The dinner is also tasty with average spending at around €30-40 per person.
The apartment has washing machine. An individual space for clothes drying rack to dry out the clothes with hot air coming from outside. Everything is well designed with new refurbishment. You will just feel at home.
The kitchen stove, utensils and plates are provided. Everything is good.
Towels are clean and toilet papers are provided enough. The soaps smell good.
I am happy to come back again next time

Albert CKThe first impression is the size of the twin room…. Is huge …. Is do spacious that we can do some exercises inside the room. Breakfast is extensive with plenty of choices. It is also about 10 minutes walk to the nearby great architecture by Calatrava , Science museum Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias , Palau de Les Arts Reina Sofía and do on. There are also plenty of cafes, restaurants opposite and around the hotel, it’s very accessible to many places, will definitely come back again in our next visit to Valencia.
The only minor thing we noticed is that the furniture inside the room are cheaply made with fake drawers, but the beds are real comfy.

The room is high, so it doesn't feel oppressive; it's suitable for people who don't require sound insulation, and the neighbors won't talk for hours in the room;
The bathing space is slightly small but it doesn't affect the use;
The room has a refrigerator, and the sun can shine through the window to dry the quilt, which is quite comfortable
The self-service vending machine on the first floor is very affordable

Vivian trip
The hotel is located between two stations, and is very convenient to various attractions in the old city. It can be reached by foot.
Cabi was very enthusiastic when checking in. He asked us if we were tired and said he would complete the check-in procedure as soon as possible. There was coffee and water to drink next to us. He gave us a map in Spanish and said we could ask him anytime if we had any questions.
This is his fourth day working in this hotel. I hope he can have a good time at work and keep his enthusiasm❤️🔥
The room's color scheme, bed and pillows were all very comfortable. This was the first time during my trip that I didn't wake up in the middle of the night.

Guest UserThis property is a cross between a hotel and apartment complex. The rooms are average size with some kitchen facilities which were useful; they have a nice balcony. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was expensive at EUR16.50 per person so we didn't try it. There are supermarkets nearby to get good stuff for breakfast. Room cleaning costs an extra EUR15 per day if you want it (free very 5 days). For a property with over 400 rooms, studios and apartments (potentially 800 - 1000 people in peak season) the pool area is very small. The pool is around 12m by 6m and on sunny days every sunbed and deckchair were full for every minute. If your looking for a sunbed poolside stay this is not the place. With the space and number of rooms they have they have they should build another pool. Location is good with the beach and metro about 10 minutes walk away. There are many restaurants which get more expensive the closer you get to the beach.

Boboxing1. This is essentially a B&B type accommodation, located in an apartment building in a residential area, with two units per floor. It features a living room and kitchen, equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher. However, there were no cooking condiments or paper towels provided.
2. The cleanliness was excellent. It's newly renovated with good ventilation and powerful air conditioning. Laundry detergent and dishwasher pods were supplied.
3. The check-in process was far from simple. Since there's no staff on-site, entry to both the building and the room requires a code. Guests must access a link sent by the management via email and independently fill in passport details (including uploading photos), addresses, phone numbers, and other information for each guest. Only after completing this will a confirmation email with the access code be sent. This effectively means guests are doing the hotel's front desk work, which demands a good level of English proficiency from Chinese visitors. If there are any issues during the form submission, you need to press a button to connect with staff for guidance. There's no Chinese language support.
4. Sometimes the main door wouldn't open even with the correct code, requiring us to use the intercom button to contact management again.
5. The sofa bed creaked loudly (squeak, squeak, squeak) every time someone moved, disturbing guests in the adjacent room. I recommend replacing it with a new one.
