A very good experience from start to finish. Spent 7 days here and all elements of the hotel exceeded expectations. Whilst it was 5 star rated, the photo's do not do the rooms justice, they were spacious, meticulously clean and the whole hotel environment was excellent. The staff were professional and helpful at all times, food good and not unreasonably priced for a hotel of this type. Location for a split beach/city break was first class as well.

Unexpectedly good, the room has a large terrace, the kids like it very much
Except for the old decoration and equipment, the TV is very old and very small, and the furniture in the room is also full of age
But the room is large, which is satisfactory
In addition, the breakfast is also good

I went two times in this hotel and from what I researched it was one of the cheapest places I found. Cheapest only in price as the service is excellent and the place is modern and very well kept. Close to all shops you need for your stay. Would choose again if needed.

This is not a 4 star hotel This is a very big hotel Checkin was ok Food average Room service- room was not serviced- prompted to clean at 4pm in the afternoon! Public toilets not well maintained throughout hotel...toilet paper and hand towels not replenished. Shower very slippery floor...be careful! Shower had mould in it as does the public toilet near breakfast room. Breakfast ok No tea or coffee in room Smelly and dark corridors: nauseating! Room smelly at times Pool a long way from rooms and is very small, no deck chairs beside the pool. Pool access walks through the main bar and community area. This hotel is definitely not four star! Would not recommend this hotel to stay. The worst stay we have had in Europe in 6 weeks.

The great experience started at the time we stepped in through the door; We had an early flight so we have to wait our room some time. During that, hotel offered some Cava and other refreshments. Same great treatment continued the rest of our one week visit. The staff is absolutely pro and the Hotel is one of the best we have visited, very clean and quiet and the breakfast is best in town. Location is very good, and if you needed a taxi, the guys in the lobby were handling it over. Very strong recommendation.

I have always had a good impression of WESTIN, but this time it was overturned, and the child decided not to live in this brand of hotel anymore. One is that the room is too simple, not like a five-star hotel at all, and the other is that there are cockroaches in the room, which is unbelievable.

The rooms are decorated beautifully and bathrooms are immaculate. The location is just perfect couldn't ask for better. Food and drink was all walkable. It was our honeymoon so we asked for a upgrade if there was a better rooms available, but we were not given one even though a member of staff confirmed they had nice rooms available that had not been booked. There was a lot of noice form the hallway and also the stress which made it hard to sleep at night. We also heard creaking and other strange noises which made us uncomfortable. There was also no locks to the bedroom doors which make us feel unsafe therefore we had to move the sofa infront of the door every single night to feel safe. Also the balcony’s was alot smaller that expected. My husband is of a average build but has a wide back and could not sit on the balcony therefore it was a waste of money for us to buy the balcony room (there we no pictures when booking) I am petite and this was just enough rooom for me to sit with little to mo movement. The AC was our biggest issue and really made our stay here uncomfortable. It was asif there was no AC at all. When we asked for the hotels staff to look into this for us we were told that it is only a 1 year old hotel and that the AC has no sound but it is always working without even going to our room and checking. It was blowing out the most minute breeze (only at times and not always) and this was not even a cold breeze despite being on the coldest temperature and the highest fan setting, taking into account the room was not even big and still could got get it cold. We did the next day ask for a fan as the AC was still not working and we were told they do not offer this and that that is the was the AC works in Valencia. It was disappointing to be out in the heat all day to come back to a warm hotel room. I would expect better from a new 1 year hotel and it was not cheap as we paid £1100 for just for 4 nights. My husband struggled to stay her for 4 nights and could not wait to get back home. We would not stay here again unless there was improvements to the AC.

Beautiful hotel in perfect surroundings right off the plaza de la Reina in the old town. Very accessible by metro, bus, taxi and on foot. For being so close to the plaza de la Reina the hotel was very peaceful - the rooftop terrace was very quaint and also quiet for enjoying breakfast in the morning over looking the domes of the cathedral and the basilica. The staff were most helpful and friendly - very welcoming. The hotel roof top pool was a little smaller than we imagined from the pictures but was still very pleasant in the hot weather to cool off. The breakfast was so fresh and a good selection of bits to set you up for the day. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Valencia. Thank you all for wonderful stay and my birthday gifts!!

This is a small hotel about 15 minute stroll from the centre and a 10 minute walk to the airport metro station. The room was a lot smaller than the pictures show, a tight squeeze when the sofa bed is pulled out and the pillows are lumpy but it was clean, has a good shower and the air-con is silent. The continental breakfast is good and the staff are helpful and friendly. The minibar and snacks provided on the first day are included in the room price but there was only 2 small bottles of sparkling water with 2 cans of beer and 2 soft drinks, no bottled drinking water was provided so we had to go to a shop for that. Overall it’s a nice hotel, I’m not sure of the average room prices in Valencia but for 2 adults and a 14yr old €400/night seems excessive, we assumed that by reserving a junior suite might have provided more space but that could be the standard in this beautiful Spanish city.

My friend and I enjoyed our stay here last month. It is a very modern hotel (which is why I picked it) and our room was very spacious. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was quite good. The air conditioning was good and very quiet. The cold aspects of breakfast were good and plentiful, but we were not impressed with the hot selection, as they were only tepid. I had the scrambled eggs several days, which were a perfect consistency but never hot enough. The swimming pool (which we didn't expect to be open) looked inviting, but as we did so much sightseeing we didn't have time to try it! On our first night we arrived after 10pm. After checking in and doing some unpacking, we headed to the bar for a sandwich and a drink. It was 11.05pm and we were told that we could only get food if we ordered room service. We were hungry and so we did this. If we had been told when checking in that they stopped serving food in the bar at 11pm, then we would have gone straight down, We asked at reception the following morning about the Tourist Bus. We were told that we would need to go into the city centre to catch it. When we used the Tourist Bus we found that it actually stopped about 10 minutes walk from the hotel! We were also given wrong information about the local bus. Although we liked the hotel overall, we found that it was a little too far from the city centre for us.

Outstanding
GGuest UserA very comfortable room. We did hear some people talking to 2 AM on Friday evening so if you are a light sleeper like myself that might be an issue. They have a small kitchenette, we were able to make our own coffee and we even did some laundry. If you go to their market, you can always bring food back from the Market and heat up in the microwave. A must do if you’re there. Even buy a bottle of wine. You can wash your clothes but there is no dryer, but the clothes dry overnight on a rack that you can ask for. Very centrally located. We rented bikes from Pelican bike rental, and they were close to walk too. They had good bikes. We just followed a bunch of bike paths towards the Science Center and then over towards the marina and beaches. We biked 20 miles through Valencia.
GGuest UserWe love this hotel, it’s in the a great area & you can walk to most places for the sight seeing. Plenty of good Restaurents & tapas bar around. Plenty of cathedrals around the corner. Hotel is very nice and the staffs are very helpful. The only criticism is the bathroom is a bit small in compare with the size of our room. We will definitely go back to stay again if we ever visit Valencia in future.
闫闫The location is very good, very close to the train station subway entrance, just a 5-minute walk, the food street downstairs, not far from the Queen's Square in the city, the hotel room has a small balcony, you can go out to see downstairs Pedestrians, overall very good
Reception was friendly, room was clean and pretty. You can buy coffee, drinks and snack from machine. Rent a bike from reception to move around centre is the best way to discover Valencia. Park a car close to hotel is difficult. Street noise arrives to room but it's acceptable for centric hotel.
AATTILIO PARISII found this accommodation to follow the MotoGP of Valencia. The area is trafficked but all overall near the historic center (about 9min from Ciudad Vella) and the motorway snode (20min from the Circuit and 15min from the airport). only negative note is that I thought there was a physical reception 24h/24H and the reception is only day, from 10 to 19. Arrivals around 21.00 and finding the closed reception we tried to call the number of the assistance and, gently and patiently, helped us enter with remote access codes (The door and the apartment have electronic locks).
For the car there is more than one parking under the house and several in the area.
Rooms with full corner cooking of households and welcome kits! I also appreciated the water left in the refrigerator (Often, even hotels 4* do not)
WWanghuohuoCHWLWe took the bus to the hotel, it was very convenient, there was a supermarket next to it to buy things, go to the restaurant on the direction of Metro Line 7. The hotel is not big, the front desk service is warm, and the check-in is directly done in advance. There should be a room available. A total of 3 waiters were met. English was very smooth. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable and big, the pillow was uncomfortable 😔, the air conditioner was started for a while, it was very noisy. The TV location is particularly close, very close to the bed, and it is very uncomfortable to look up. The bathroom space is also very large, that is, the nozzle and the toilet flush are not too big. The hotel has a swimming pool, you can take a towel at the front desk, you need a shower cap, the water is very cold, and the two waves of foreigners have frozen away, haha. Very clean, there is a sauna room (to make an appointment at the front desk before use, it should be preheated). The front desk temporarily bought a drink, 2 euros a can, not too expensive in comparison. The refrigerator in the room can be used, and there is a bottle of mineral water.
My daughter had been hounding me for years to give the hostel life a go , obviously as a 55 yr old mum I was slightly reluctant ! Anyway my daughter and I were visiting Valencia and I left it to her to sort out the accommodation - needless to say we ended up at Purple nest As a hostel virgin I was very impressed - there were quite a few people ‘my age ‘ as well as younger too , my daughter did say it didn’t seem as ‘young’ as other hostels she’d visited ( she’s 26 ). We had a private room ( I wasn’t prepared for 12 bed dorm 😬 ) with AC , the room was small but perfect as a base for sight seeing ,in a great location , lots of nice ,clean showers on each floor - building is set over 6 floors , luckily with a lift 👵🏻😂 large communal area and kitchen with a very reasonably priced bar If I were to return I would maybe try to book the private room with terrace….. we stayed for 5 nights and slept well ( which at my age is important 😂)
GGuest UserThe room or suite was very spacious and very clean. Panoramic views from the very large window - but no balcony. The bathroom was a fair size but could get very slippy and no gripping for showering which could be a problem for elderly or less mobile guests. The breakfast was buffet style. There was some choice in cereals, toast, bacon, ham, cheese, fresh orange juice and a drinks machine for tea, coffee and hot chocolate. I would have preferred more egg choices such as scrambled. The downside was the loud music from an open air nightclub nearby. This would go on until 3am. Staff, with one exception, who worked in the restaurant were nice and friendly.
CCici1979The Valencia Center Hotel is in a good location, very close to the Science and Art City, and there are many big shopping malls nearby. The room was very clean, the bathroom was quite big, we stayed very comfortable!
MMarc GaldonFerrerThe hotel Cosy Rooms Bolseria is hidden in a one way alley in a central location in Valencia. If you don’t pay attention you may actually miss it.
The reception is very welcoming, with vintage furniture and wooden beams showcasing a traditional style of old buildings in Valencia.
Room is small but clean, with red brick wall and a simple toilet but fully equipped: clean towels, shampoo, body gel, body lotion, hair dryer, etcetera.
The highlight is definitely the jacuzzi at the rooftop. When we arrived, we were a bit disappointed at first, since it was covered, however we kindly asked the staff who helped us to remove the protective cover and to turn the jacuzzi on. We enjoyed it alone overlooking the Valencia rooftops. Not the best view over the city skyline, but good enough to relax. The water in the jacuzzi was not warm, however given the summer heat it was good enough. Don’t expect any service at the rooftop though, so bring your own towels (or from the room) and drinks if you want to enjoy your time there.
