This hotel wasn't very crowded, and I'm so grateful to the owner for the free upgrade – it really enhanced our experience! The room was clean, the toiletries were high-quality, and there was a large screen TV. The butler service was very thoughtful, definitely a bonus! They even helped with our luggage! The common area on the first basement level was warmly decorated, and the back door on that level opens right onto the riverside, making for a great environment. If I ever go to Chenzhou or Zixing again, I'll definitely choose Zide!

For our first night driving through Chenzhou, we chose this guesthouse inside the scenic area. You can drive right to the guesthouse entrance, and the staff will help you with your luggage upstairs. But you can order in advance and have the restaurant cook for you; the food is just as good as what you'd find elsewhere. The facilities we saw along the way looked like a refugee camp. The room looked like it had just been renovated and smelled of paint. The so-called big round bed was so pitifully thin that it could only sleep one person at most. At that time, I asked the landlord to change the room. The landlord changed the room to a double bed room. I thought it should be OK. Since there was a price difference, I asked the landlord to refund the price difference. During this period, I also tried to supply hot water for showering. After turning on the hot water for ten minutes, there was no hot water. I asked the landlord. , he said there was hot water, but he thought there was no hot water supply when the water heater was boiling water, so he went out to have dinner. After dinner, he asked the landlord again. He said there was hot water, but after boiling the water for ten minutes, the water was still cold. Yes, I asked the landlord, and he said that the hot water pump was broken and could not supply hot water. He asked us to go to the laundry room to wash it. My mood hit rock bottom and asked the landlord to cancel the lease and leave. Finally, we booked this hotel and felt better again. . To be honest, don’t rent a room if the facilities are not usable.
