YYuetPinkThis hotel wasn't very crowded, and I'm so grateful to the owner for the free upgrade – it really enhanced our experience! The room was clean, the toiletries were high-quality, and there was a large screen TV. The butler service was very thoughtful, definitely a bonus! They even helped with our luggage! The common area on the first basement level was warmly decorated, and the back door on that level opens right onto the riverside, making for a great environment. If I ever go to Chenzhou or Zixing again, I'll definitely choose Zide!

GGuest UserI had a fantastic stay at Hotel. The location was perfect for sightseeing, just a 5-minute walk to view point attractions. My room was clean and comfortable with curtains that ensured a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and attentive, especially the front desk who helped with restaurant recommendations. Overall, great value for the price and I would definitely stay here again

Hygiene: neat and clean. The store specially prepared disinfectant wipes for me, a person with a clean freak habit, which really warmed my heart.
Environment: The whole family praised it! The design makes good use of the space, and the overall effect is upscale and atmospheric while retaining just the right amount of warmth and comfort. Looking out from the balcony is a landscape painting, so beautiful! The location is in the Bailang Scenic Area, upstream of Dongjiang Lake, where you can take a boat ride or travel around the lake. There are many specialty restaurants and small vendors not far away.
Service: Every need is treated with care, with thoughtful reminders and consideration. Due to my carelessness, I booked two rooms for one night instead of two nights. The store handled it quickly according to my needs and upgraded us to a larger room with better layout and wider view for free. I deeply felt the joy of being valued! Thankful for the encounter! I wish the store a prosperous business and abundant financial resources! I wish the staff good work and always smile!

It made my unpleasant trip better. The hotel is very clean, new and has facilities. It is also well-equipped. The room faces the river and has a large terrace. The scenery is very different at night and in the morning, which is very pleasant. The breakfast is also very rich and the seats are very comfortable. It is a good place to relax while enjoying the foggy view of the Dongjiang River while eating breakfast. Recommended. The gym facilities are very complete, very new and professional.
The reason for moving to this hotel: I originally booked a hotel called (Manju, Shuyinjingjing B&B). The photos I saw on TRIP.COM (the photos were deceptive) were very attractive, so I booked a room online and went to see what I saw. , we were supposed to be the only ones renting that day, and the landlord took us to the room. The facilities we saw along the way looked like a refugee camp. The room looked like it had just been renovated and smelled of paint. The so-called big round bed was so pitifully thin that it could only sleep one person at most. At that time, I asked the landlord to change the room. The landlord changed the room to a double bed room. I thought it should be OK. Since there was a price difference, I asked the landlord to refund the price difference. During this period, I also tried to supply hot water for showering. After turning on the hot water for ten minutes, there was no hot water. I asked the landlord. , he said there was hot water, but he thought there was no hot water supply when the water heater was boiling water, so he went out to have dinner. After dinner, he asked the landlord again. He said there was hot water, but after boiling the water for ten minutes, the water was still cold. Yes, I asked the landlord, and he said that the hot water pump was broken and could not supply hot water. He asked us to go to the laundry room to wash it. My mood hit rock bottom and asked the landlord to cancel the lease and leave. Finally, we booked this hotel and felt better again. . To be honest, don’t rent a room if the facilities are not usable. Guests will have to work hard. For a B&B with a five-star rating, the promotional photos are first-rate, but the actual scene is second-rate. I hope trip.com can also monitor it to avoid falling into the photo trap.

GGuest UserChoosing this guesthouse for my Dongjiang Lake trip was such a great decision! Its location right by the Dongjiang River makes it super convenient to walk to the scenic area. My lake-view room offered stunning lake scenery right outside the window. I could wake up to the picturesque misty Dongjiang in the morning, and every photo I took was postcard-perfect. The room was spotless, and the bedding and bathroom facilities were high-quality, showing attention to detail everywhere. The concierge service was incredibly thoughtful; they arranged parking in advance and even provided a detailed travel guide. Enjoying a cup of tea on the guesthouse lawn, feeling the lake breeze, and watching the sparkling water was so relaxing I didn't want to leave. This guesthouse absolutely enhanced my Dongjiang Lake experience. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserThis time, I had a fantastic experience staying at the Yago Hotel while traveling to Dongjiang Lake! The location is fantastic, close to the Xiaodongjiang Scenic Area, making it very convenient for travel. The hotel has a Chinese courtyard style and is particularly elegant. The rooms are clean and spacious. The front desk service is friendly and the staff are beautiful and welcoming. The children were supervised by the staff throughout the swimming pool, which was very reassuring. The restaurant on the basement floor is convenient for dining, and the infinity pool is clean. There is also a gym on the 3rd floor. I will definitely come back next time! 100 points for service.

GGuest UserWe originally booked a king-size room at a special price. We only found out it had a squat toilet when we got there. Since there were elderly people there, we paid extra to upgrade to a tatami room with a toilet. Luckily, it was off-season, and the room we got was quite large! Very clean! The young lady who checked us in was very helpful 👍 She even helped us clean the trash the next day, not caring about the mess or the fatigue. The hostess was also very kind and helped us arrange a car to visit two remote scenic spots, especially the one to Gaoyiling on our last day. The car was a seven-seater and the price was very reasonable! Overall, this room was a great value! We went for a walk around Dongjiang Lake, and after a morning tour, we could refresh ourselves and visit another scenic spot. The location is great.

It was very delicious. Compared with the so-called rainbow trout and salmon, it was just average and had no highlights.
The hotel room is clean, with two large sofas, good hygiene, high-quality management personnel, and good service. There is a large parking lot behind the hotel, and parking is very convenient.
