The street is very bad and there maintenance of the payvment. You walk up 2 sets of stairs to reach the hotel . The room I got was good withe new furniture and carpet but the vow from the window is on demolish bulding which prevent seeing the outsid. The told me this is why you booked. There is no breakfast room. They bring the breakfast to your room. The location is very good. It is ok for the price

The room was poorly cleaned. But the location is very convenient. So if you are lucky with cleanliness, I can recommend it because of the location.

The room environment is pretty good, clean and tidy, but the Internet signal in some rooms is not good. It is best to speak English or Russian. More convenient to communicate

It is a hotel and B&B with a good location in the ancient city. The pedestrian street is right outside the balcony. It is also very lively at night. Stay in a good location.

It's fine for a short stay, but don't expect breakfast. The floors here are high, and the second floor is equivalent to the third floor in China. It is recommended to stay in the ancient city, but the location here is also in the center, and it only takes a few minutes to walk to the ancient city.

My stay at the Bristol Hotel from 1st Sept to 5th Sept 2023, room No 103, in Baku was an absolute nightmare that stretched over four agonizing nights. Despite its touted central location, this ancient relic of a place doesn't even come close to resembling the "hotel" it's advertised as online. It's more like a dingy rental hostel with delusions of grandeur. Let's talk about breakfast – a lackluster, uninspired routine that required us to play a waiting game at their absurdly inconvenient hours. And don't even get me started on the absence of room service or the complete absence of drinking water. It's as if they're actively trying to make your stay as miserable as possible. The rooms are laughably non-soundproof, and the pitiful window curtains do nothing to shield you from the relentless onslaught of intrusive light, especially with a blaring nightclub next door. The fact that management couldn't care less about replacing those curtains is infuriating. But wait, there's more! The bathroom lock decided to throw a wrench into my already dreadful experience. I found myself trapped inside the bathroom, envisioning a nightmarish scenario where my partner wasn't in the room to rescue me. Can you imagine being stuck in there for hours, or even days? In all seriousness, I implore you, in the strongest terms possible, to steer clear of this establishment. It's an absolute travesty, and you deserve far better for your stay.

My friend and I had reserved a room at this hotel in early October. Frankly, our expectations about the hotel were very high before we arrived, they offered us a reasonably priced room with a good view and a balcony that opened directly to Nizami Street, but when we arrived we were very disappointed. Also, the cleanliness, comfort and conditions of the room were very bad. The bed was very hard, as if they had piled stones under it and you were sleeping like that all night long, the shower head and hot water were also among the problems. The reception was very rude, they did not even approach us when we asked for something. One of the details we did not like the most was that there was no elevator in the hotel and the steps were very long. They did not inform us about this either. We even saw an old couple going up to the hotel with great difficulty in front of us, it is too heavy for a person with these suitcases and extra luggage.

All standard rooms open to the lobby, all the sounds from the reception are in the room, it is impossible to sleep because of the constant talking late at night and early in the morning, there is no place to have breakfast, they give it to your room with a plate but there is no table in the room, anyway the breakfast is so bad that you don't want it the next day, the hotel is central but the entrance is on a dark street, I don't even want to mention the number of stairs you have to climb, the only positive aspect is the cleanliness, the room and bathroom are spotless. We were definitely not satisfied, as a couple who travels a lot and stays in many different hotels, we definitely do not recommend it.

The review is not really about the stay, but about the hotel management... we booked the hotel through Ostrovok, planned to spend a week in Baku and stay at this hotel, paid for the reservation and waited for the long-awaited trip... upon arrival at the hotel we found out that our reservation had not been received and there were no available rooms... the manager Fuad was very kind and helped us book a hotel nearby for us, accompanied us, negotiated and showed where we could exchange currency nearby. During our stay in Baku, he asked how the hotel was, whether everything suited us and whether we needed any help.
