Not really as per the pictures... very small room for two persons with luggages can be very complicated. But we'll lacated and calm. We apreciet it! Also is very close to the boat courses, to aveiro canal and restaurants. And most important, 25 min to the beach by bus. Salut 🫶🇦🇴🥰🇨🇵

The most appalling experience ever in my life, the place is tatty, smelly, all rusted and broken, needs a total refurbishment, the towels aren't white but grey because not washed properly apart from the stairs, it should mention it's got stairs because for disabled people can become a problem as it was for me. Very bad experience.

Entrance of the building with strong ******** odor. Room with cigarette smell. Breakfast a bit poor: no milk, no eggs, yogurt not cold. Shower with some repairs needed. HVAC machine with no remote control.

I wouldn’t stay here again, it was fine as I was only here 3 nights. But the room wasn’t very clean, the towels smelt horrible luckily I had my beach towel with me so I used that. Beds are very hard and uncomfortable, I folded the duvet over twice to make it a bit more comfy. The shower was very dirty, there’s no fridge in the room to keep anything cold, no glasses or cups. The balcony is all rusted and covered in spiderwebs so I couldn’t hang anything up to dry. Really the only plus is the location right in front are lots of cafes and restaurants.

Good place to stay. Worth money. Have AC but no remote control to use it. Bathroom is clean and hot water available.

The location is amazing… I stay in the 014 it’s nice but petite a lot of stairs to go up if you have luggage not easy. The room was to cool when I arrived late. I could not find any information about internet service and password… I arrived at 00.30 and of course no reception, it’s a self checking that works perfect… Clean and goo!!!!

The place does not match the photos, dirty bathroom, damaged glass door, dirty walls, no duvets, very weak

The accommodation is not the same as shown in the photos. The photos only show the 2 best rooms they have. The other rooms are small, run down, and have a nauseating musty smell throughout the accommodation. The towels, instead of being white, are grey because they are so clean. Never again.

Terrible. I'm sorry but I have no other opinion. The room shown does not correspond to the one on the reservation. It appears shabby, dilapidated, with an intense musty smell and a damp stain on the ceiling, making it impossible to stay. The bathroom also had mold stains, looked unkempt and had poor hygiene. The reservation was made to allow family stays but this accommodation is not particularly suitable for children to stay for reasons related to the healthiness of the place.

Our stay at this hotel was a real nightmare. From the beginning, we encountered multiple inconveniences that made our experience unforgettable, but for the worst reasons. To start with, the room did not have heating, which made the temperature unbearable, especially in the middle of winter. The air conditioning control was imagined by you. A horror. So we had to stay at another hotel located next door. (Highly recommended for those who do not want to be cold or find themselves in such unpleasant conditions) I tried to contact the staff to see if they could provide me with a heater or some solution, but there was no response. The disorganization was evident. To make matters worse, there was NO hot water in the bathroom. After a long day of activities, I expected to be able to enjoy a hot shower, but all I found was cold water, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel of any category. Customer service was equally poor. There was no staff available 24 hours a day, which created a feeling of abandonment and insecurity. I was unable to get help when I needed it, even for basic issues like asking for towels or clarifying questions about the room. Also, the facilities left a lot to be desired. The shower screen in the bathroom was perfectly in your hand, and it didn't close properly, so it was in poor condition. In short, the quality of the place was extremely low, and they didn't even offer the most basic services that one would expect from an accommodation of this type. In short, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. If you are looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay, this is not the place. There are many options in the area that offer much more for the same price or even less.
