We arrived after 10 PM. I was a bit hesitant about taking a taxi, as I'd seen previous guest comments mentioning safety concerns. However, the area around the airport metro station was quite lively, and the hotel was just a short walk, a few hundred meters, off the main road. The front desk staff were lovely and made us feel very comfortable. Once we got into our room and saw the Acropolis lit up at night, all my worries completely melted away.
The location of the hotel is not too bad, quite near to the train station and about 15 minutes away from the Acropolis. Check-in and check-out were easy and the facilities were good. However, a major issue was that there were 2 blackouts throughout the evening, with the 2nd blackout lasting more than 7 hours from 2130H to 0500H the next morning. I had no choice but to sleep in my cold room as there was no heating, no lights and no electricity available. Overall, a rough night of sleep but if they can ensure that there are no blackouts, then this is easily a decent 4 star hotel.
We were in this hotel twice for a trip: before visiting the Kilades and after. For a long time, I have chosen a hotel in Athens on reviews and location, and I have no mistake. The living hotel is even more stylish and cozy than the photo. From the hotel to the metro of Monastery only 2 minutes walk! Charming girls on the respiratory were as friendly as possible, and gave valuable tips on moving around Athens. It is a pity that the second visit was unable to take advantage of the early breakfast that was paid in advance because we left before 07:30, but in general we were very much liked and the next time we would also choose this hotel, just without breakfast.
Very near to the Monastiraki train station surrounded by shops and restaurants. We walked to all the attractions we wanna see, there are always things to see along the way, so didn’t feel too bad. There is a nice outdoor terrace inside the bedroom itself, although without view, is quite nice to have breakfast and chill out in the morning before we start our day. There is also lift in the premise so don’t have to worry about climbing up with luggage.
The hotel's location is very convenient, with supermarkets, restaurants and shopping centers nearby. Opposite the hotel is the subway station exit, making it convenient to take luggage to the airport and pier. The front desk and breakfast staff are smiling and enthusiastic every day, and their English skills are high. The breakfast quality is also good, and a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice every morning is particularly appetizing.
Generally quiet area, convenient for the metro and restaurants. However area did look run down. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was rather chaotic. Warning to anyone though...the lifts are tiny. We are both slightly above average 50s and with both of us in, it was uncomfortable. With our cabin bags we had to use a lift each. Anyone with large cases or that is bigger in size would struggle
This morning I checked out of the hotel and encountered a strike and demonstration. My Uber couldn't pick me up from Piraeus Port on time, but thanks to the front desk staff, particularly a very helpful young man, I was able to get some great assistance and advice. Also, the location is super convenient, the beds are really comfortable, and they have all the amenities you need. Everyone leaves messages on the comment wall – highly recommended!
We stayed at the hotel for one night, which unfortunately was sufficient to leave us disappointed.
The location was excellent, and the hotel was clean; however, the service was lacking.
Our check-out time was early, at 7:50 AM, due to a flight departure at 10:40 AM. We kindly requested to have coffee in the restaurant before breakfast service began at 8:00 AM. Unfortunately, we were directed to a neighboring location or offered to have it served in our room as a compromise.
Additionally, we were provided with a lunch box, a photo of which is attached. I must express concern regarding the quality of the items, specifically an orange that was approximately the size of an egg, with a dried and aged peel, appearing to have been stored for at least two weeks.
This experience was highly disappointing.
A wonderful hotel right in the heart of Athens. The location was truly excellent. We were just a few minutes' walk from Monastiraki Square, the metro, cafes, restaurants, and historical sites, which allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in the city's atmosphere and discover new places every day with ease. I would definitely recommend it.

Amazing
TTravellingBubuDuduMy room is on the 2nd floor and the room is very large and exquisite! The equipment in the room is also very advanced, such as the lighting has 25%, 75%, 100% brightness, and the bedside has master key control, which is very convenient! The bathroom and toilet are two spaces, and the space is wide. The shower water power and water temperature are enough, praise! The location of the hotel is also very good, only 5 minutes walk from the subway station, there is a bus stop 5 meters from the building, and it only takes 18-20 minutes to walk to Acropolis museum .
Staff is friendly and helpful! Thank you Nickolas!
Inadequacy (not a big problem, but improvement will be better): The accommodation date is February 10-12. 1) It is 21:00 when arriving. There is no front desk clerk at the hotel. When arriving, there is no one to answer the door by pressing the clock for about 3-5 minutes. As a result, a kind staff member from the quarantine store assisted the hotel staff. It is recommended that the hotel contact the tenant in advance and send the door password and room password to the tenant. To avoid inconvenience. 2) The air conditioner was weak and awkward. Finally, I chose to open the window, but there was a bit of noise outside the window. 3) There is no cleaning of the bathroom wall, and the hair of the first-hand guest is still seen.
Summary: The hotel is very good, will consider it again!
VVivianAwesome place to stay. Close proximity to Monastiraki subway. Tons of food and shopping options close by. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful - they went the extra mile to check with the strike status of the ferry company so that we can catch the ferry on time. Couldn't recommend enough.
KKseniia KanarisThe best hostel I've ever stayed in. I can't even call it a hostel, it's definitely a hotel. They even make you an egg dish for breakfast, and everything is delicious. The hostel is comfortable, stylish, modern, and most importantly, very clean. I stayed in another hostel in Athens, which was also good, but Ocupa is the best place for solo travelers. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back!
GGuest UserI stayed here for a short trip and found the hotel clean, comfortable, and well located for exploring Rotorua. Check-in was smooth and staff were helpful during my stay. The room was quiet and had everything needed for a short visit. Overall, it was a convenient base for sightseeing and I would consider staying again for another trip.
GGuest UserThe biggest advantage of this apartment hotel is that it is in a good location, located in the city center, walking to the market, monuments, subway stations (40 minutes from Metro Line 3 to the airport), downstairs is full of lively restaurants, super convenient. The room is very large, a family of three and four are no problem, the facilities are complete, you can eat like a home, the hotel provides a variety of breakfasts, overall it is good. The only downside is that the surrounding area is too lively, and the restaurant bar below is noisy until two or three in the morning every day.
AAnonymous UserThe hostel offers a comfortable stay with a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is exceptionally friendly and always ready to assist, making guests feel at home. Clean facilities and a great location add to the positive experience. Highly recommended for budget travelers seeking a warm and accommodating environment. Great value for money!
TTatissBest for girls friends stay, in Psiri where all the nice restaurants and cafes and bars are.. the place to be, we walked so much after a long day we put our feet up at the bed headboard and it soothes the feet!
Clean and good hotel!
RR2F2Amazing location. A couple minute walk from Monastiraki metro station. A short walk to the Acropolis and Acropolis museum.
Stayed in single room, with private bathroom and balcony. Check in was quick. I arrived early so left my luggage in coin lockers for the morning. Room was clean, shower was good (hot water and strong) Bed was good. Pillows were just ok. Balcony overlooking the alley was nice. Can sit out there and people watch. There's a common area across the alley in the main building.
Only cons were - no hairdryer, no toiletries, and the doors are loud when they close. So if someone comes in late or leaves early the doors can wake u up. Some street noise of people talking but not bad.
I recommend staying there and would stay there again. l
GGuest UserGood location and moderate price are all the benefits.
If there is a possibility to pay 10-20 euro , it is better to choose another hotel (apartments)
