Hotels in Kolonaki, Athens

All right! The only one but was that we hired a room for four and gave us two of two ...

The room was decent, and the front desk staff were nice. The restaurant was quite lovely. It's rare to find a hotel with good value for money in Europe, and this one definitely fits the bill. It's also suitable for meetings. The surrounding area is also worth exploring.

I stayed for two nights. The room was very spacious and had both a shower and a bathtub, which was very convenient. I had to leave early on the second day for a tour, so I asked for takeout breakfast, which they kindly prepared for me, which was very helpful. Thank you very much. The hotel is also conveniently located, just a five-minute walk from the station. They also provided adapter plugs!

I liked the hotel. The location was perfect, far but not far from Athens attractions. Breakfast was excellent and friendly staff specially Sofia.

Firstly I booked this hotel and then noticed the breakfast was served in a breakfast box. I didn’t want this so asked the hotel to cancel and we go elsewhere but they didn’t comply - fair enough as it was prepaid rate with no cancellation. the breakfast we tried the first day and it wasn’t for us - boiled eggs, ham, cheese etc so we didn’t order it for the rest of the stay. Some really good coffee places nearby within 2 min walk. There is a techno club literally under the hotel so Friday and Saturdays from around 5am - 2pm the next day the bass ….we could feel it on the 4th floor. We ran out of toilet paper on one occasion and the reception told us they had ran out and I had to go and buy my own - strange for a 4 star hotel. The area is sketchy, we didn’t mind the walk but next time I would stay in another area. Around 30 mins walk into the centre or there was bus’ but we didn’t use. Sometimes we would rent a car, wouldn’t of felt comfortable leaving in this area. Overall I think the hotel make the best of the location they have, rooms are nice and clean - but wouldn’t stay here again based on the noise and the area. Photo from the balcony of the loft room.

The room decoration and layout are relatively old, far worse than domestic four-star hotels. The service is unenthusiastic, even cold. The food is very monotonous, with little variety and completely repetitive every day. It just happened to be in time for the building opposite to be repaired. It was very noisy during the construction every day, and there were also large construction vehicles passing by, which was a bit dangerous. I would not have booked this hotel if I had known there was maintenance going on nearby. The environment is relatively remote and not close to the subway station. It's called the Embassy's Best Western Hotel because it's not far from the U.S. Embassy.

I booked this hotel for 3 nights because of its location. It's nearby the bus stops of HOHO bus and X95 that is an express bus to the international airport. The public area and breakfast were good. But the guest room we stayed was lack of maintenance. The telephone wasn't connected. It's fixed the next day. The watertank of the toilet was leaking. Thus it refilled the watertank every few minutes. The sound of refilling water was very loud. So I turned off the water valve in order to shut down the noise. It's not a street veiw room as describe on their website. It's overlooking an narrow alley facing the windows of an apartment. Therefor we didn't open the curtain for the sake of privacy. The sound proofing of the rooms was very poor. We could hear people walking and conversations on the aisle and the movement in the next door. Therefor we didn't have good sleeps.

it was great time there becuase it is clean and kind staff, and house cleaner as well. the door gets broken but they fixed it quick. I recommend.

The room is large and quiet. The service is very good and luggage can be stored for free. The biggest highlight is that you can see the Acropolis and the whole view of Athens from the 7th floor of the hotel. It is so shocking and so cool…
