Hotels in Neos Kosmos, Athens

We spent several wonderful days at this hotel, and everything was almost perfect. The staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful. At one point, we accidentally walked past the hotel, and a member of staff actually came after us to guide us back, which was such a thoughtful gesture. We absolutely loved our stay. The hotel was exceptionally clean, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the in-room amenities were plentiful and well prepared. Every detail made us feel welcome and well cared for. It was a truly impressive experience, and we would definitely stay here again.

The facilities are a bit old, and the cleaning was a bit perfunctory. However, the breakfast was abundant with a good variety of options. From the 8th and 9th floor restaurants, you can catch a glimpse of the Acropolis in the distance, as well as the Aegean Sea.

May not be the best location but staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast at the rooftop was a bonus - this was a great day to our days!

Nice and clean room in a new hotel. Staff were friendly and always there to help fast. A variety of options for a very good breakfast.

Stains on the sofa. Dark lightening. More importantly, there was a serious water flow problem for showering and washing faces, and they cannot fix the issue. We could not even clean ourselves properly. The location is not that good.

The location is fantastic, just a 5-minute walk to Neos Kosmos station. If you're heading to the Acropolis, it's about a 25-30 minute walk or just two stops on the subway from Neos Kosmos. There are plenty of supermarkets nearby, within a 5-8 minute walk. The hotel sends an email the day before to facilitate online check-in and provides an access code for the main entrance and your room, making it a very self-service experience. On the -1 floor, there's a gym and a luggage room. The gym has more cardio equipment than weights, but I found it sufficient. On my last day, I needed to store my luggage. I WhatsApped a number (available from 08:00-23:00) and they provided a locker code and a separate main door code for after check-out, so I could retrieve my bags easily. Luggage storage is free of charge. I also requested a late check-out on my last day, and they generously granted me an extra two hours for free. The entire arrangement felt very accommodating and personalized. Even though I didn't see any staff in person during my stay, they were incredibly nice and responded very quickly. I chose the duplex room, which was incredibly spacious and beautiful, spanning two floors. It had two toilets and two bathrooms, plus three balconies, one of which even had a Jacuzzi. Overall, it was clean and looked very new.

The hotel was sleek. I like the minimalist style of the hotel. Looks very new. The receptions area was bright and shiny. Classy. The hotel has a rooftop restaurant and a swimming pool (do not know if you can swim in the summer). It is not that big. From the rooftop you can see the parthenon. It was nice! The staff there are friendly and helpful. The food is okay and drinks were good though hotel price as we all know, is pricey. The room was spacious enough but they had no telephone to use to call the receptions if ever you need anything. However, I like that they had a nespresso. The location though is not that near to Plaka and Acropolis. It’s almost more than a kilometer away but it’s a straight line. If you are a walker, that would be a good warm up. They could call you a cab any time and they had all the information that we needed. Downside: Elevator was slow and noise from the hallway and the road could easily be heard. Wish they would do something to make the rooms sound proof.

The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient to visit attractions. Although the 'Classic Room' has a traditional name, its decor is modern and stylish. The bedding is comfortable, and the room is spotlessly clean. What's most thoughtful is that an extra bed can be added for free when staying with children, which is incredibly family-friendly! The staff are warm and attentive, making the entire check-in process very smooth. The facilities are also comprehensive, with a good gym and restaurant. Overall, it completely exceeded expectations.

Service was really good, needed a late checkout and they were happy to accommodate this. Room was spacious and clean with great views from roof. Only downside is most attractions are north of hotel which is either a 30min walk or 10min drive by Uber. However, Uber fares are cheap around €6-8.
