Except for the lack of bathrobes, everything else in the room was good. Especially the balcony, although it is small, it has tables and chairs, which is very convenient.

Location, location, location, the location is really good, you can walk to all attractions and Chinese restaurants, there is a 24-hour front desk, and the breakfast is also good. There are basically no big chain hotels in the old town of Athens. They are all small and exquisite hotels. I stayed here for 4 nights and I was very satisfied with this one.

For us, everything went perfectly. Very nice hotel, in the heart of Athens. The surroundings is very nice, restaurants, bars, shops. Big and modern rooms, comfortable bed, clean and modern bathroom. Breakfast very nice; location very good as well.

Super hotel for a city break. We travelled from Dubai and spent 4 nights here. Staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The desk is managed 24/7 so if you need anything, someone is there to help. Location was great - walking distance to the main sites, shops, restaurants and bars. It was also very secure with a security code to get into the building. Room including bathroom was clean and modern. Beds were very comfortable too. We also had a tiny balcony which looked onto a Main Street which was nice. It’s a typical city sizes room. So was quite tight for 2 of us with large cases. My only feedback was sometimes the sound. You didn’t hear anything from the streets / outside. Was more guests inside coming in early or up and out early in the morning. Breakfast was okay - served in the bar next door. Could have been a bit fresher but for a quick and easy option to start the day. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in central Athens. Thanks for a nice stay!

Perfect hotel! amazing rooms, great staff, great location and excellent breakfast! We were with 2 kids and the room was fabulous. I usually suffer from noise and it was quiet although it is in the heart of everything! I highly recommend and I am sure we will be back.

This is the most unprofessional hotel I have ever been to - and mind you we did not even get to stay there. Made the reservation for 3 days, paid through my agent in full, got confirmation email, and called the hotel and confirmed the stay. Arrived at the hotel. Door was locked (needed a code to get in) nobody at the reception for about 10 minutes and light rain outside. Finally another guest let us in. Another 10 minutes waiting with nobody at the reception. Finally a surly employee showed up to tell us our reservation was cancelled by someone with noname - eventually she gave us a name and blamed the booking agent. It took about 3 hours trying to resolve this and she said we could stay there for 1 night and the other 2 nights to go to their sister hotel 700m away. She also said they had a higher category room but we would need to pay the difference. completely disinterested, no attempt whatsoever to help out. It was like take it or leave it .... who cares. So finally, my agent and I were fed up and he moved us to a better more central hotel and said we did not have to pay anything.... What type of a hotel locks the front door at 10AM and the reception staff is away for more than 20 minutes, not a single form of an apology and no empathy and effort to try help a traveller? Mistakes do happen (probably on the agent's side) but the hotel staff was most unprofessional and preferred to keep a room empty rather than negotiating a win-win solution. Oh well, their loss as we travel to Athens a lot and this hotel is no longer considered as a choice to stay at.

One of the best stays I’ve ever had!! Everything was excellent, the reception staff was super helpful and friendly and made us feel at home! Very professional! The breakfast was superb! Highly recommended!!

Very clean and super central. We were able to walk to all major sites in Athens and plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars nearby. Staff very friendly and great value for money. Hotel is very clean and each day the rooms were made up, they were immaculate. Highly recommend to stay at this new gem!

Hotel renovated, beautiful and clean. The rooms are well decorated. The staff is welcoming and kind. My disappointment is the use of the jacuzzi which was cold when we arrived (and this until late at night) which did not allow us to enjoy it until the next day. The staff explained to us that the water is changed after each customer and this is a credit to this hotel, however I admit that at the price paid for the service I would have liked to be able to fully enjoy the jacuzzi with my family that same evening because we had visits scheduled the next day at 8:30 (or at least have the information in advance in order to organize otherwise). Fortunately, I had booked 2 nights in this hotel. As compensation, the hotel offered us a bottle of wine, however we do not drink and so declined this offer...

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights from May 30 to June 1, 2024 (650 euros per night) and we were scandalized at how it happened: broken elevator that every time someone goes up or down makes a sound like a piece of furniture falling on our ceiling. We thought there was work above our room. Impossible to sleep until 2 a.m. and after 6 a.m. When we report this problem to reception, we are told that the technician will come but that nothing will be done before winter. Subsequently we asked for a late check out to allow our daughter to take a nap to compensate for the lack of sleep due to the noise (which was an opportunity to catch up a little): we were told that it cost 300 euros more for 2 hours. So we leave, certain of never setting foot there again, and an hour later, our Booking account is hacked by the hotel which posts a positive comment in our name about our stay!!!! This explains the good ratings on Booking. Now let's see if they can also hack TripAdvisor. Amazing. Absolutely avoid.
