The lobby smells so good, front desk staff is very polite and helpful, easy check in and easy check out. The gym is located on the top floor so youcan actually view the whole city while training. Super recommendedz

I am so happy sharing my experience booking a hotel here in trip.com in my last quick trip to Kuala Lumpur with my good friend. We book SCARLETZ SUITS at Jalan Kwan Seng KL, the hotel is so nice and clean and we got the city view from 23rd floor. We just book for 1 day but it’s like we Dont want to check out anymore. You feel like home, coz the things you need to stay is already there. They have kitchenette..the toilet is amazingly clean and smell good!💕we love the view, the bed and everything! Surely we will book again longer for the next time!thank you trip.com for good deal you provide for your higher tier customers, it’s serves as an appreciation for patronising your service!❤️❤️❤️

Very nice hotel and facilities very good except need to wait for the lift.. Clean room and really love the environment near klcc.. Really enjoyed for my short trip with families.. Parking need to pay rm5 but ok for me since i just walk to get for the food... Will come back to this hotel definitely!!!

I wanted to try this suite long time ago, and last night finally got the chance to stay organised by mana mana. Reception are super friendly and helpful. Even through she just starter to having her late lunch, she also help me to solve my check in 1st. I’m really grateful to met such a great staff. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 There’s got some shortcoming about the bed sheet and aircon. I can’t even take a good rest during night. Because of the aircon very noisy. Management may have a check of that. Overall are super satisfied for my stay. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Overall enjoyable stay, located near the central area and many mall are within a walking distance. The hotel lobby needs a little more organisation when it comes to receiving guest and it would be good to provide hand soap in the washroom.

Room is nice, especially the bathtub. Service is average. This is our first time staying in a suite that will have electricity interruption. Check out time 11am, but electric shortage start from 10am. Indirectly force you to check out early. Flat rate RM5 car park, don’t understand why should us be charged. Very high density, waited lift for very long time. A lot of travellers from all around the world staying here.

The four lifts that cater to 40 over floors are pretty slow and we always had to wait for a long time before our turn. The floor of the room is sticky and luckily they provided hotel slippers. The floor of the lift is also sticky and there's always drinks stain on the floor. Overall, it wasn't a very pleasant stay and I wouldn't go back for the second time.

Room is okay. Parking is okay. But the location is a bit hiding on the main road. And a bit difficult if you want to go to main road. The room is nice and beautiful. Toilet nice. But the tv are weird. Always talking what are written on tv. Check in and out going smooth. But most importantly. The lift are very busy. Need to wait few moment. If got emergency need to use stairs. Superb busy lift. Pool very nice but no kids friendly

The location itself is very convenient. The hotel room is very clean. HOWEVER, the problem is only the lift. Too many people going in and out of the building and most of the time the lift is FULL.  So I hope that the management will do something about it. The flow of people going in and out of the elevator/lift is a problem. Maybe the management should do a system where lift A is from level 1 to 30 and lift B is 40 onwards? So the flow wouldn’t be a problem. # just suggesting  But other than that, I salute the hotel frontdesk for being a good receptionist at the counter.

I would recommend the hotel to the traveller who is looking for affordable hotel with cleanliness and security! Near the downtown and Petrona Twin Towers! Conviennent Swimming Pool with views to the city and building!
