Spa Hotels in Atami

9月にバスツアーで宴会場を利用した時に泊まりたいと思い、誕生日に一泊しました。早めに施設に着き、併設の温泉施設で遊び、チェックイン。フロントスタッフが宿泊名簿を見て当日が誕生日と知り、フリードリンク券をプレゼントしてくれました。部屋はひとりのため山側でしたが、広くて清潔で快適。大浴場も熱海の海が見ながらゆっくり、アメニティも充実。夕食のレストランも美味しく新鮮な海の幸がたくさん。追加で注文した牛タンシチューもフォアグラも絶品。朝食の鯵の開きも肉厚でジューシー。お土産も魅力的な商品がたくさん。また「泊まりたい」と思わせるホテルでした。

I’m a little torn to rate the location average because it can be a pain to get to if you don’t have a car, but the view from the room (apparently all rooms have view of the sea) is great. A lot of variety for breakfast but nothing really stood out. I didn’t get to visit the onsen because they don’t allow tattooed people. I would stay again, especially in summer on a fireworks day!

大人6人幼児1人で２泊しました。夕食なし朝食のバイキングも豊富で、美味しくいただきました。お部屋も和洋室で使いやすいし、展望の良い大浴場は、ジェットバスが湯音も良く気に入りました。ただ、週末ということもあり、ローソン隣の市営駐車場までの５分ほどの坂道が交通量多いので、注意を要するところです。チェックアウト時はホテル隣の駐車場まで車を回せたので、ラクでしたが。元々予定していた温泉旅行でしたが、ホテル側のお計らいもあり、支援金も活用できてラッキーでした。５歳の子が花火に大喜びしてくれました！

Very nice hotel. The main entrance is on the side of the hotel. The hotel's breakfast is ok, the dinner is average, but the hotel's outdoor hot spring is great, the female guest department is a fence made of plants, and it is great even in winter in the morning and evening

The hotel is on the hillside behind Atami Station. It takes about 8 minutes to walk. If there is no baggage, it is OK. If there is baggage, it is recommended to take TAXI at the entrance of JR station. The mountain road is steep and it will be very tired to walk. The fare is 710 yen for the starting fee. The hotel is a traditional Japanese-style hotel, very nice, Japanese-style rooms are also very large, the scenery is very good. The only downside is that it is located next to the JR station railway, and there will be sounds of train passing from time to time. Did not have to say breakfast and dinner, very delicate Japanese. The service staff is very warm and polite, the interior of the hotel is very clean, the shoes must be left in the lobby, the service staff will keep it in the concierge for you, and the slippers are all in and out. There are a lot of hot springs, and every day men and women soup will be exchanged, very good!

I had been to Atami a few times and chose this hotel because it seems different from the more traditional types of onsen hotel. And I was drawn by their massage service. After 5 days' travelling to different onsens in Fukushima and Yamagata, I was looking forward to a quiet and relaxing stay in Atami while enjoying a good massage. The location of the hotel provides an excellent view from the hill top. This is a great plus. I did know I need to use a taxi from the station to reach the hotel. Yet it was a huge surprise to find a long pile of stairs to climb in order to enter the hotel. There is porter service to take my luggage when the taxi driver sounded the horn though. Before booking the hotel, as I was not familiar with it, I did go to their website to check every single details. When I found their description of the opening hours of the onsen a bit strange, I even wrote to them to ask questions. Yet I found they were not forthcoming in disclosing the not-so-favourable aspects of the hotel. I have mistakenly booked a room without a bath/shower. I in fact did not mind that much for I intended to use the public onsen. But such information should be given at the outset so that I could have a choice. There are positive aspects about this hotel though: - I did like the room, spacious and modern, and free drinks in the fridge. - The food quality of the restaurant was good and the service there was excellent. - The spa was really nice and the masseur was highly skilful. I spent nearly two hours there and it was a dream. All in all, if the management can take a closer look and address the negative aspects, this hotel could become a good destination for a relaxing and unique stay in Atami.

I wish I could give it 5 stars! Let's start with the bad - the hotel thought of just about everything except effective soundproofing. It was unpleasant to hear the traffic at all times when in the room even with the balcony closed, but you could find a way to accept it. What really killed it was 2 evenings in a row hearing a kid running above you for .5-1 hr at a time and being woken up in the middle of the night twice because someone decided to enjoy their onsen on their balcony and was talking and laughing loudly. We stayed for 5 nights and the weekend was the worst as the hotel had a higher occupancy rate. Without that...there is no good, there is only great: - Check-in is private, seated in the lobby with welcoming refreshments - Private onsen on your balcony (in addition to the large one for all guests) - amazing! - Room accommodations very well appointed with numerous amenities and very spacious - Parking available on your room level very convenient (not all, but some... we stayed on 4th floor so even exit from garage was available on our floor) - Restaurants - we had breakfast which had great options and service, we also enjoyed a room service for dinner which offered ability to order from multiple of restaurants. We didn't have dinner in the restaurants as we didn't find the menus appealing for all in our party. - Location is great, short walk to most things you'd want to do in Atami, across the street from a beach (not a great one, but people use it) and relatively easy to get out by car (especially if you ignore GPS directions that guide to tiny streets)

The B&B is on a mountain, quite far away from the seaside. Because it’s up the mountain, it’s quite tiring to go up there. The sanitation and facilities of the B&B are quite satisfactory and quite acceptable. It will be a little more expensive when there is a fireworks display. Although the rule of the B&B is that you cannot smoke anywhere in the B&B, some guests still smoke in the room unconsciously. Because it is a wooden house, the smell of smoke will spread everywhere. When I finally checked out, because there had just been an earthquake in the morning, I couldn't go past the 10 o'clock check-out time for even one minute. I couldn't even sit in the living room for a while and drink some water before leaving. The attitude of the service staff (Chinese) seemed a bit like they were rushing. The way people walked was very unpleasant. I have stayed in so many Japanese hotels and B&Bs and I have never experienced anything like this.

Pros: The sea view is not blocked by the hills by the sea. Unlike the pearl star, the main road is very quiet. The service of an old gentleman is very good. The service of the Quentin tableware is some Royal Copenhagen porcelain and some very good furniture. But for me, the level of Atami Hiramatsu is no longer comparable to Tsuruga Bizhiza. I checked in and took off my shoes and put them in the room. It was raining and two people came to pick up the taxi. I was lonely and I was still drenched in the rain. I didn’t take out the suitcase. The toilet wallpaper should be replaced, but the hot springs are not glass-sealed. The humidity in the room is too high and the hot springs have no flowing water. The old soup is heated repeatedly, and the water vapor breeds mold. Food and beverages are all sweet juices, no fresh fruits, overly sweet snacks, marinated meat for breakfast and dinner. Too many delicious shrimp dishes for the only dinner. The other materials and processing methods are extremely ordinary and unpalatable. It is not comparable to the master kitchen of the New National Museum of Art in Tokyo. The set meal is more than 400. The female staff told me that the hotel has no public space. It is also 5,000 yuan per person. All public spaces on the first floor of the building are equipped with high-end audio and alcoholic beverages. All beverages are free to order. Professionally prepared meals are delivered to the dining table. Room lobby public space Meals are in separate rooms. Eating here is open again. I have lived in Atami before and lived in Hoshino World. The room is very beautiful. Evening plum wine drinks and geisha performances are now under renovation and opening. I will go there again and have a good time. I miss the comprehensive comparison and will not choose the hotel in Hiramatsu again. It is outdated in all aspects

After the MOA Museum of music, I stayed here. The taxi is sure to be caught once you get to the station, but if you can, it is the best to be caught at the MOA Museum of art. It is located further in the mountains through the MOA Museum of Art.The view of the dining room made the sea wide around Hatsushima. There seemed to be no restaurant nearby, so it was a splendid French that drew the best form of the great answer and the goodness of the food of the land when it was a plan for the meal. It was a great time to hit the tongue drums on the food while watching the sea and the lights of the town. The room has a hot spring and hot springs always spring. I was injured at that time, but the scars became unobtrusive and I realized the effect. The next morning's rice was also wonderful, and I felt the heart of the person who was warm in everything, and I was grateful. I felt the depth of the natural grace of the sea mountain in Atami. The inn is also affordable and rich in wit and humor. I was very happy to think about the great fashion with the introduction of specialty products at breakfast.
